Steve Cooper was brilliant, he did not push us giving us time to make the right decision. The best thing the company has done is to employ him.

I bought a sofa from Furniture Village in Milton Keynes and Stephen looked after me from start to finish. He was really helpful, took the time to understand what I needed, and made some great suggestions without any pressure. He clearly knows his stuff and actually listens, which made choosing the right sofa much easier than I expected.

If you’re looking for furniture in MK, ask for Stephen. He went above and beyond and made the whole process straightforward and pleasant. Highly recommended.

We were helped by Frank Privitera at the Mk branch. He couldn't have been more helpful and patient, as we took a long time over a few days, to decide on our suite.
In the end, we settled on two power reclining Moreno settees.
Frank helped us through the whole process and clearly explained our finance options. It was really easy to deal with Frank, he wasn’t pushy and it made the whole experience much less stressful for us.
I would certainly recommend Frank for his great customer service as a Sales Consultant.
We also bought our last suite from Furniture World. They still have a great range of suites, so no doubt we’ll be back next time.

From the welcome and service we received at the store in MK to the rapid delivery just 48hrs later has been 1st class. The delivery guys were polite, clean and tidy. Very respectable. Sometimes you need to go into a store, feel the product and have that personal touch. Extremely happy.

Always very receptive and attentive to individual details. Parsad helped us choosing items and was very welcoming with good advice given.

Furniture village have been very patient with me, I chose a table not being sure on the chairs but after a lot of looking around went back to order the chairs only to change my mind again the day after n changed my order again.
I’ve yet to receive my order but so far the service has been good.
