We started off our trip to Furniture Village knowing we needed a dining room table and chairs, but we hadn't a clue what we wanted. As soon as we entered the store Jennifer introduced herself and explained the deals which were available. After 15 mins of deliberating what to choose, Jennifer assisted us and helped us in choosing table and chairs we wanted. Her professionalism, product knowledge and understanding our our needs shone through. Jennifer Flint went above and beyond to help us decide what ti buy and we're very happy.

We had a very good experience with furniture village from buying to delivery, Mr Reilly was brilliant in helping to decide and going through the whole process.All the staff who came and built the furniture were very friendly and knowledgeable and built our furniture with care. I will be doing my furniture shopping from village furniture in future.

Showroom was very well presented with clear information available. Dan the attendant was incredibly helpful and helped us decide on the eventual selection.

Really good experience. Prasad the sales representative was very empathetic and allowed us to walk away and visit other stores to compare prices. Furniture village was competitively priced and we were given an interest free option. So, we decided to put a deposit down on a bed and mattress.

We visited FV Milton Keynes twice over two weekends to ensure we were happy with the suite we eventually chose. On both occasions we dealt with Sales Consultant Stephen Cooper. Stephen's professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service and patients were outstanding. Throughout the viewing and ordering process, Stephen clearly explained the options, including the suite options, purchase plans, manufacture lead times and delivery. Stephen is a great asset to FV's sales team. Would defiantly look out for Stephen as and when we next visit FV. Thank you Stephen.
