My expectations were low for some reason as I thought they must be one of those furniture retail brands people
are always complaining about. Lets
face it, there are enough bad ones.

I was wrong. Keiran in the MK showroom delivered on everything he promised,
and communicated as he promised.

The delivery 12 weeks later was dealt with by Stuart and Tom to an equally high standard, on one of their branded lorries.

The team were excellent from start to finish.

Furniture Village has hit a high bar in a difficult sector. I hope they get the recognition and rewards they deserve. 10/10

That staff were great. They were Not in our faces as we walked in. Let us have a look around for ourselves. A real pleasure to be able to look at what we wanted without anyone being in our faces before we've even looked at anything like you get at other stores. The sofa we bought was a quick and simple sale. And the delivery guys had our new sofa in within minutes. So thanks to everyone.

Dan was particularly helpful right from explaining different features across models, their availability and patiently answered all our queries. He was not pushing for a sale like usual sales people do, but was willing to understand our requirements and then suggest a suitable option. This was in Furniture Village, Milton Keynes.

I wasnt hassled while looking for some chairs ,wheni was ready i asked a sales person for some advice .After which i brought 2 chairs he kindly helped me carry them down stairs to my car,as i was struggling down another assistant offered to carry it for me 5star servive

We recently bought 4 pieces of furniture from Furniture Village in Milton Keynes. We were served by Liam, who was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy. He made sure we paid a fair price for our combined order and ensured we only paid one delivery charge, despite the items not being delivered at once. Highly recommended ***** 🙂

We visited to purchase a sofa and stayed 23min beyond the 2h limit in the car park. I phoned the MK store to help with this and they said they could only help appeal if we made a purchase and would not help if we did not. Online customer service equally dismissive. Blackmailing a customer to come back and purchase is an interesting sales tactic and one that has resulted in the opposite - I will never shop here again or in any other FV stores.

5 star the only lady salesperson in store fantastic as always now bought 3 times with her and can't fault the service 😃

The sales assieranr was helpful and friendly without being pushy.
We were at Milton Keynes branch the sales assistant took as much time as we needed. His name was Frank. We had been to many furniture store and felt pressured to buy. This didn't happen at MK Furniture Village. Would recoment this store to anybody just ask for Frank.
