They prioritize getting new business over helping and assisting the business they already have. My service hasn't worked for over a week, but they are still charging me. I sent emails. I called and stayed on hold over an hour everyday since Monday. NO response or feedback.

Tried them out and my service was canceled the next day, terrible customer service, no one will answer the phone or email. We requested an immediate refund.

Poor customer service. Phone calls to device sad.i am on the phone waiting for for an response for 40 minutes or more. Follow up from this company poor response I wanted to speak to am individual not a chat box ot see FAQ s.
Also, I'm being double billed.i would not refer anyone yo this company. Good Customer service is what sells the company.

I have been an eVoice customer for years and they have always had good customer service, but now there customer service is non-existent. I call them and sit on hold for an hour at a time and no one answers. I opened up a repair ticket and they are ignored.
My advice to anyone that is think about using eVoice is DON'T,

I use evoice for my small hotel. I've been using them for 5 or 6 years. I'll say overall it does what I need it to do. I have 2 lines through them and I can set up call routing, forward to different numbers, phone tree, etc.
It does take a bit of tinkering sometimes to get things set up, but I've typically had very helpful support people over the years.
A lot of people are complaining about billing issues or terrible support people. That hasn't been my experience at all.
I give them 3 stars for three main reasons. The app is like 80% functional overall. Sometimes I can't text from it, sometimes it just doesn't update with my recent calls or sink properly to the web version.
I find their interface kind of clunky and can't wait to be on a different system.
And my biggest issue currently... for the last several months they seem to have almost no support. They've stopped responding to my email tickets. There's no one answering the chat support right now, and I've been sitting on hold for 43 minutes so far. I've used the "call me back" feature and never heard back. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I've been on hold with no answer.
**Update**
I hung up on the phone after over an hour of waiting on hold. I forgot and left the chat window open. After 2 hours someone did finally ping me. I told them my issue (can't make new texts via the app). After 12ish minutes of troubleshooting the tech confirmed it was a bug and passed it on to their developers.

Tried to signup on 01/06/2025 and had error with with payment card type. Called Evoice and sales set me up. After spending hours going through evoice and finding out its not an effective solution for my business I cancelled service on the 01/07/2025. Got my bank statement and evoice doubled billed me. Contacted support and ask for a refund and received no response. Evoice is another company quick to charge and slow to respond to refund cancellation request and double billing fix.
Update 01/15/2025
Evoice left a few messages and emails with the generic response of we tried reaching you blah blah blah. I have emails showing my communication with them was futile before this review. In those emails they persistently stated they could not find my info with any of my information I used to sign up for that service "Except for the phone number assigned".
"NOTE IF YOU GET AN ERROR WHEN SIGNING UP... STOP!
Do not continue to try or your bank balance will diminish with each unsuccessful attempt! Then you have to wait forever to get your money back!

What an unbelievably bad experience, with the product, with their business processes, and most recently with their customer experience. They completely abandoned us. Failed to provide us sufficient notice of actions on our account. And have completely left us high and dry. Do not use this company, ever.

This place love playing games with your business phone line, they will send out an invoice to you on the 11th at 7:58am and disconnect you service the same morning at 8am sharp, WOW 2 mins later. I have never seen any company that does business like that. That crap will ruin your business. And you try to explain it the customer service and they think, that crap is normal. Don't waste your time.

I had a horrible experience as a long time customer with their reinstatement policy that had our phone down for almost 5 days. Yes, I counted the weekend days. I called Evoice back on 5th day and got Shanika in customer service. She took control of the problem. With several callbacks to me so that I wouldn't have to wait on hold for her to deal with the necessary departments and wait for approvals and activation. She has a great calming voice and dealt with me in a professional manner. Thank you, Shanika.

I used them for years until the app got to where I could not call out. I would have to delete the app and reinstall it and it would work one time and then I would have to delete it and reinstall it and then it stopped working to call out altogether. Noone would respond to my attempt to get support for this issue. I told them I need to discontinue the service in my email and they kept charging me for 3 months. I still have not heard back from them. They kept charging even after I ported my business number out of their service.

Great afternoon
You have a very ignorant employee in your leadership team. It is amazing that I had a call with her maybe two years ago and that did not go well. Fast forward I have a small issue and she calls. The first thing I advised her, didn't we speak before and it didn't go well. Why would you even call me because you see the history? She asked like she owes the company and will over talk you in a heartbeat. Not good customer service at all.

Impossible to cancel. Made it very difficult to cancel continually asking for more info to verify my identify. Despite knowing the credit card number I pay for it on they said it was the wrong account. I provided evidence that they were debiting that card and they still said it was the wrong card :)) They asked for more info (emails, phone number..) but still said I didn’t pass ID verification. Total nonsense. Now I have to call. What, because I don’t know who I am via email. Price also went up without notice by 35.4% without any notice. Crap service. Would I NEVER use them again. NOT recommended!!

I am very thrilled to write this review on my experience with Shanika at eVoice. She went above and beyond in explicitly explaining the different services and how to access them by staying on the phone patiently while navigating through my settings. This lesson/edification allowed me to better able to understand and maneuver my eVoice account and its services (normally you don't get this kind of customer service/experience). Thank you for your meticulous service Shanika. You are truly an asset to this organisation.

I am adjusting this review to a 4 star because the company completely corrected the issue and went above and beyond to make sure this was not only corrected but was also taken care of due to the mistake.
I would have this rather not happened in the first place of course but know that they truly care about their customers.
Initial very upset review below as I want others reading this review to know that they do have excellent customer service I am stunned they turned this around.
Initial Review:
I first noticed from a customer that my business phone number was disconnected and then tested my business phone number to confirm.
I then attempt to log into my business account and it states the information cannot be found.
I call and wait on hold for 25 minutes and then I am disconnected. I speak with Eddie who lets me know it is an issue on their end that my account had been flagged for 100 calls per day.
He then states they cannot fix the issue right away and make take 2-24 hours. I have now gone days with a disconnected business phone after years of service with the company.
This must be a very small company with just a few employees as the wait time is incredibly long and the chat wait time is also excessive.
I will update this review if the issue is resolved. As of now, I have lost thousands of dollars due to the company not being able to provide a business phone line.

My company has been with them for months now and I've gotten EXCEPTIONAL service from evoice
If I really had to give an actual rating I'd say 20 star 🌟 would be more accurate.
If I had to make a suggestion it would be that because their phone lines are so busy they should offer a call back feature.
They have one now but it's only for like they have four ppl ahead. It should be more like a few min of being on hold that it would give an estimate on how long.
But again they have online chat so that's another bonus.
Aisha excels at providing bespoke service and listens intently, empathizes and pays attention to detail: She put on a clinic today on a three-way call with a mutual client of Answerconnect.
This company is AWESOME, they help me set up 3 business numbers without a problem. I use to use Ring Central... but they are not the same. I would highly recommend eVoice over any other virtual phone systems. The features they offer can NOT be beat. I am a customer for life.
