Conversation started off a bit…

Conversation started off a bit sarcastic and impolite. Representative helped navigate adding my extension without being kicked out the system. At the rep said I would get a month free services for the fax and added secure call recording. My call could have better. None the less one of my goals was accomplished.

Not the most helpful company I have…

Not the most helpful company I have dealt with when you think of phone companies for your business. I have called about 3-5 times and I got 1 person that was pretty helpful. However, he cleared one problem but then we got another problem. I had my after hours and weekend voicmail done. I just needed the hold music. Now, I got the hold music but now my regular voicemail runs with my afterhours voicemail..it is quite frustrating. I just need it done the right way. Otherwise, I will have to find another company.

Terrible system lots of hold time and…

Terrible system lots of hold time and incompetent support staff. I ended up fixing my problem myself after playing around with the system a few time.

Tried to sign up for a new account. They charged my card IN FULL and then told me my card wasn't approved. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. They are saying they sent the money back for weeks and HAVE NO INTENTION OF SENDING THE MONEY BACK. Thieves.
I am dealing with Stacey - won't give her last name for obvious reasons - she'd be unemployable. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ONLINE.

However, after 5-7 business days, those funds are released back into the account. Successful payments are followed up with a welcome letter containing the login information is sent to your email address used to create the account. Kept charging me for months after we…

Kept charging me for months after we cancelled. Offered me “maybe” one month credit as consolation. The fact that they are 2 stars tells me everything. They are frauds. Probably just grabbing every dollar they can until they are shit down.

And as a reply to their “response”, I will reiterate that eVoice still has not returned the extra charges after they did not turn off my service when instructed. Just read through these reviews and you’ll agree that they consistently rip off their customers.

This Company Is Horrible

This company is horrible! I don't know how they are still in business...

Evoice customer support is none existent. And good luck on trying to troubleshoot any issues... They will never answer the phone.

Save your time and go find another provider. You will think yourself later.
