Unbelievable! eVoice resurrected an account that I had accidentally canceled and was even able to give me my same toll free number back! Even after I had canceled the service!

From simple to complicated

I used to be able to rotate users of the program to accept phone calls. It was one of two mouse clicks and it was done. No longer easy to use. Now it's a bunch of windows that open and now there is an extra charge for additional users. I would not recommend this program to anyone. I am looking for alternative programs.

Used minimally but everything worked as designed for the 13 years I used the service. Downside was the outrageous $40/line fee for porting numbers away from eVoice...left a sour taste after 13 good years.

I like the fact that I have a phone…

I like the fact that I have a phone with it’s a bit much that I had to fill out a form just to be able to text people on the phone line. I don’t know anywhere else that does that. It just seems like a lot. I love to be able to just purchase the service and Phone calling and texting come with.
