14 days for the part to be delivered. When part was installed it broke due to manufacturing defect. I have been waiting 5 days for RMA label and return instructions.

Top notch all the way from part to account servicing
The price was excellent for the part I wanted. It turned out that the warehouse they shipped out of was close by, so on the second day I had the part. And, the part itself was extraordinarily well packaged and padded and it was a quality part that fit and performed as it should. On top of that eEuroparts followed up on my satisfaction with their entire process. A wonderful experience overall.

They are crazy with their return process.
It wasn't the order, it's the return. In my 60 years on this planet, I never seen no shit where you want me to pay to send you back the package and then get a restocking fee of 20 percent...oh that's right 10 percent. You ram that $10 up your ass, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
I just received an email from you asking me revise my review, saying that you resolved the issue. Here's my response.
