I delt with them exclusively a few years back. Just ordered some springs for a 2010 xc70 and was looking for some assistance, near impossible. Automation is not always a good thing. I was able to get the advice and parts to finish job from a competitor. Their prices are good but sometimes us Oldtimers need a heartbeat.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever! This company uses a rudimentary form of AI for all customer service functions. A human being cannot be reached by any means known to man. If you have a major problem, you are SOL because the dummy bot will simply repeat scripted phrases that are worthless! They charge less for most parts, but they make it up with outrageous shipping costs. Beware!

Product was great already installed had no issue with product. My issue was with trying to send my product out of state since the repair was being done in another state. Unable to get anyone to help, when I reached customer service, they were unable to help me and I was told that someone from customer service would call me back while I’m still waiting for that phone call.
