I mistakenly order 5 fuel injectors…
I mistakenly order 5 fuel injectors because of a misdiagnosis cylinder misfire and was extremely happy with the easy process to return them back to eEuroparts. They waived the restocking fee, but I had to pay for return shipping which to me was fair since it was my error. I'm Waiting for them to receive the return parts so they can credit my payment.

The part I ordered does not work properly. When I tried to return it, I found out that I would need to pay for postage and a restocking fee, and provide various photos. After all of that, I would end up getting back only a small percentage of what I paid. Given that I would not receive a full refund and considering everything required to complete the return, it is simply not worth it. I just want to make sure that I do not order any more products from this company.

We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding your return. We reviewed your previous emails, but was unable to find any record of us advising you that a full refund would not be possible. Whenever there's an actual defect of the part, we cover shipping and the customer gets a full refund.
We want to make sure this is handled fairly for you and to determine why the part is malfunctioning. To do that, we need the basic details about the order, like the part number of the part received, the type of the issue with the part and what's the vehicle in question.
Please reply to the email we sent you, and we'll work on a solution for you. As mentioned before, if there's anything wrong with the part on our end (defective, wrongly advertised, miss shipped), we always cover the return shipping and provide a full refund.
