Poor email correspondence, long shipping time
Your emails about ordering products do not go through. that's very frustrating and I had to reach out on several occasions. Your contact your site does not work. I sent a couple of items on it and there was no replay-again your email correspondence does not work. But what is surprising, getting this survey does work-HIMM? Makes you wonder???? lastly, it took forever to get the ordered product!!!

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, however my order was split into two without notification. One part of my order took considerably longer, although time was not of the essence it would’ve been nice to have been notified. Otherwise, the process was very easy and smooth, and I received exactly the parts that I had ordered.

I looked at reviews before I ordered. People are enthusiastic about this company. I can see why. Dispatch was quick. My items where of delicate nature (easily dented) but because of good packing they arrived just fine. Good price too.
