Regarding the part number, part 181124 was officially replaced by 171124 (RoadMatic Front Suspension Strut and Coil Spring Assembly). This change is because the manufacturer superseded the part numbers, which is beyond our control. Although the number on the box is different, it is the correct, updated replacement and is fully compatible with your vehicle.
We also apologize that the first responder discount code did not work. The coupon code was definitely valid and didn't expire at the time of your order, so we're not sure what happened. Whenever you need more parts in the future, please contact us and we'll provide a new discount code for you.

We are sorry to hear that your package was stolen, as you mentioned in your email. The order was shipped through USPS, so we recommend reporting mail theft to your local authorities.
Unfortunately, our policy does not cover losses for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by USPS, but we're willing to offer you a nice deal for the replacement order if you cannot retrieve the original one.

Regarding the brake % reset issue, this often happens if the brake wear sensors weren't replaced or aren't fully seated. Since the sensors are single-use once triggered, the system usually won't reset until a new sensor is detected.
