Everything was extremely smooth, from booking the job through to completion.
The engineer, Eck, was excellent, he
explained things very clearly and solved the problem .

Great customer service.
Cleared the blockage.
Lovely friendly engineer (Scott)
My only slight issue was that the appt was 8am to 6pm !
An Am or Pm time slot would have been preferable.

Kev was in attendance and solved the blockage quickly with no impact to our service. Full report at the end. 10/10 Thank you.

I booked a next-day appointment with them via my mother's Plumbing and Drains cover through British Gas. Their engineer turned up roughly at lunchtime and was thoroughly professional in his approach. He listened closely to my explanation of the problem, diagnosed the likely cause very quickly and was able to rectify it quite quickly. He also waited until I tested the plumbing to make sure his repair worked correctly. Good professional job, would happily use them again.

After dealing with several companies who either couldn’t diagnose the issue or simply told us they couldn’t help, calling Dyno-Rod was a huge relief. From the outset, their approach felt far more solution-focused.

The engineer, Dave, arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and clearly explained what was going on with our external drain.

They were also very transparent with pricing, taking the time to talk through costs upfront and offering a range of options so we could choose what worked best for us, something we really appreciated!

There was great communication from the office throughout, especially Amanda, who called and made sure everything was going smoothly and was there to answer any questions I had.

The job was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

After a frustrating experience with multiple companies, Dyno-Rod delivered exactly what we needed: a proper solution. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone dealing with a stubborn drainage issue.

David, whom I’ve met before on a previous job has completed the work to my full satisfaction. David has a positive way with dealing with customers and represents Dyno Rod very well.

Initially looked like the job might require 2 men and more equipment which would have left us without the use of the bathroom for a day or 2 more but Scott did a bit of investigating isolated the issue and thankfully was able to deal with it during the call.

Very happy with the service, effiicient, professional and friendly despite it being a bit of a tricky job on a friday afternoon.

Much appreciated and would highly recommend.

Alex was the second tradesman from Dyno to come to my home to resolve the drainage issues. He had a clear idea of the job in hand as he'd been communicating with Dave who had done the previous visit.
I wish that every company had staff that were in the same calibre of Dave and Alex .
I felt supported by them both and confident that they had my best interest at heart. Saying thank you just doesn't seem to cover how grateful I am for their help and support They have been my heroes.

Liam kept me informed when he arrived. He explained the whole process really clearly so I could see what was being done. He persisted when things didn’t clear at first and went above and beyond to ensure the job was fully complete. Made sure the place was back to how it was on departure too. Throughout he was really friendly, polite and helpful. Great service, Liam deserves to be commended!
