Came within 90 minutes of initial call, fixed problem within 30 mins, clear payment schedule described before visit, and engineer polite and respectful of property and tenant

Quick service and transparent pricing. David got the problem with our slow draining kitchen sink solved and thoroughly tested.

Dyno-rod were friendly and efficient. The guy talked me through what he was doing and explained exactly what was going on. He was friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

The engineer was very professional, found problem very quickly and sorted it, would not hesitate to call again, would highly recommend for any drainage issues or problems

Really grateful to David and Kev for unblocking my sink. It was a stubborn problem and they tried many different ways to fix it. They were generous with their knowledge, too. Thanks!

The operator, Kev, was thorough in establishing the cause of the problem (blocked pipes). He then problem solved for a solution which thankfully worked. He talked me through what he was doing and offered suggestions on how to avoid the issue in the future.

Phoned for blocked sink repair and they showed up within half an hour then half an hour later it was all done and working perfectly, no mess and he even replaced the drain covers which I had lifted. Would recommend to anyone needing work done.

Scott was great. Called before coming and gave a timescale for arriving. On arrival was professional and prompt in accessing and unblocking the drain. Left area clean and clear with advice on regular maintenance Will certainly call again if needed and Happy to recommend them for future blockages.

Excellent and prompt work clearing the blocked drain initially and identifying that roots needed to be cleared. This follow-up work was also done promptly and efficiently. Both were done by an extremely pleasant young man who explained everything to us and showed us camera footage of what was required and what was done.

The staff on the phone and when visiting were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Problem fixed with no fuss and mess cleared up afterwards. The whol process was straightforward.

The plumber arrived to unblock a drain and continued to work until he finally cleared the bockage. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. This was part of my British Gas Homecare policy.
