A blockage to end all blockages
Had a really insane blockage, contacted loads of plumbers and no one could do it, or even answered the phone in some cases. But these guys managed to clear it, they put in a lot of effect and time and we are extremely grateful to both Scott and Yulli for clearing the issues!

Excellent Service by Dyno Rod
Kevin telephoned to say he was on his way. Arrived when he was meant to and started work straight away on a blocked drain to rear of house. Once he managed to identify which manhole was actually blocked he was able to clear the drain and the water was running freely again.

Kevin telephoned to say he was on his way, arrived when he said he would & got to work immediately to clear a blocked drain in the garden . Turned out to be more of a problem than 1st anticipated, but Kevin kept going until the drain was cleared & water running freely again .

Scott was called out very late…
Scott was called out late as I had a complete drainage block at out new house . It was after 22.00 so he could not run his pressure wash system because of the noise but he managed to get sufficient drainage for that night and returned the next day to complete the work . A very much appreciated effort on his part and such a helpful technician

Jetting drain
Scott arrived yesterday evening to jet the drain in our front garden. Afterwards he indicated that it was behaving as it should and confirmed that all was well with his camera. He was very courteous and clearly explained what he was doing. He was meticulous in tidying up behind him and reinstating those areas he had disturbed. Thank you.

Excellent service, from receiving my call the receptionist organised, factual about costs and offered the first available in 2 days.
The plumber called a the next day ie a day earlier and came over and cleared the blocked toilet in under an hour. He was polite, efficient and helpful. They certainly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much

Kev let us know 25 mins ahead of arrival which was great. Quickly identified the issue and sorted it. Very pleased with the service ( under 24 hours from booking to having the problem addressed ) - local tradesmen were unable to even consider helping for well over a week !! Fully recommend.

Really poor service! We have used Dyno-Rod in the past - and they have usually been excellent. But today’s engineer clearly was desperately seeking excuses not to help!

Please see my engineers notes below, best advice was given as we are unable to work on lines off boundary as it belongs to Scottish Water.
"Arrived on site to find 1x toilet backing up to shower toilet is rarely used. Opened rodding eye and could see roots in line in front garden used hpwj off boundary did not clear advised speak with Scottish water if unsuccessful dyno will need to re attend and root cut line to clear"

Kevin appeared when he said he would and set to work immediately. He managed to clear the blockage very quickly and then went on to jet the pipes to make sure they were completely clear. He did an excellent job and was very pleasant and professional throughout.
