Scott was tremendously helpful and patient in dealing with the drain blockage . Super service ! Great that he was able to do it today !

Very pleased with the service from Dyno-Rod (East Scotland branch). Scott was a very engaging operator and completed the job efficiently and with a brilliant way about him.

Very easy and simple to contact and arrange a call out.
The engineer phoned to say he was on his way and arrived within 30 minutes.
The engineer quickly identified the source of the problem and acted immediately to remedy it.
The engineer advised on every aspect of the situation and completed the job to my satisfaction. He was very approachable and explained how to act on future problems.

Issue with blockage between kitchen and shower. Engineer came and within an hour was able to diagnose and clear block. Professional job and diagnosis was explained in very simple terms. Hopefully no more blockages in near future but very much in good hands if so.

Kevin the plumber called me to advise that he'd be with me shortly. When he arrived, he quickly assessed what the problem was and what the best way to resolve it. He used his wetvac machine to remove sludge & gunge from a cast iron pipe - then checked and confirmed that the issue had been fully resolved. He was friendly & professional throughout the operation.

Scott arrived when he said & got straight to work.
After using the plunger he 1st thought it sorted, but refilled & checked several times before asking me what i thought. It still seemed slightly slow, so he took the side off & checked the trap, all clean.
Then we went outside & Scott pointed out the likely area if there was a blockage and suggested a quote.

We had Peter round to clear the drain at the back of our house and found the service to be 5*.
Peter had done his research on where our main drains were, quickly identified the problem and worked swiftly to fix it. It was a completely seamless service and the issue was fixed in no time. Peter was polite, knowledgeable and friendly which made the visit so much easier!

Very professional and friendly, extremely thorough job. Explained the process throughout, persisted with stubborn areas, full view of pipework and problems throughout with camera. Evidenced strong knowledge and made a spot on judgement call based on initial assesment, which went on to ensure a job done to an extremely high standard. Third time we've used Dyno-Rod and could not ask for a better service. In addition was very tolerant of my wanting to watch & understand from start to finish. HUGE thank you Dave.
