Very happy with the service, great communication throughout and the experience of the person working on the drain was very clear to see.
Identified the issue straight away and got to work clearing the blockage and cleaning up after. Really impressed.

Scott cleared the blocked drain and toilet cistern. Well informed and professional, new what he required and utilised the equipment to clear and clean the drain.

Scott easily unblocked drain
Scott let me know when he would be arriving. He managed to unblock the drain without much fuss or mess and then tested the sink was draining and that there were no longer any leaks from the boiler or kitchen appliances. He was polite and friendly throughout his visit and good at explaining what he had done to solve the problem.

Blocked Toilet
Scott attended on the same day as the blockage was reported, having called me with his ETA. He cleared the blockage almost immediately with a suitably sized plunger. Scott was friendly and very generous with advice to help prevent / fix a future blockage.

Quick, excellent service.
I was impressed with every stage of my interaction with Dyno-rod. They provided a speedy appointment and called ahead to ensure they had all the appropriate details about the job and to make sure they could do it so I wouldn't be hit with a call-out fee if they couldn't. At the actual appointment their representative was friendly, informative and extremely professional. He quickly sorted out the issue and did some follow-up diagnosis and discussed how to proceed if the issue reoccurred.

Thanks for a great service!
A lovely engineer called Kevin turned up on time, surveyed the problem, explained what he was going to do and then unblocked the drain. I then asked him to look at some outside gutter drains and he unblocked those too! Efficient and friendly service - 3 drains unblocked in an hour. The only downside to their service is we had to wait a couple of days for an appointment. That said, I would definitely use them again!

The outflow from the shower and bath…
The outflow from the shower and bath was completely blocked meaning that they were both completely unusable. Scott (Dyno-rod engineer) was assigned to the job. Scott phoned in the morning to give an estimated arrival time that afternoon, and then called again around 15 mins before arrival.
Within a few minutes, Scott had accessed the pipe and sorted the problem. Scott stayed on site to carry out thorough testing before marking the job as complete. Very happy with the service.

We had a slow running shower drain
We had a slow running shower drain. Phoned, appointment sorted for the following morning and kept informed during the day. Scott the engineer phoned twice to ask and check about the issue and phoned again 30mins before he arrived. Blockage sorted within 15mins. Job well done in a courteous and professional manner. 10 out of 10.
