Extremely happy with the company, from start to finish.
If you’re reading this for some reassurance before booking your appointment, I am very happy to give the East Scotland branch a positive review.
Initially i booked my appointment through their website, which was straightforward and easy.
However, due to work commitments, i had to change the initial appointment date.
I called the local office and spoke to a lady called Elaine (if I remember correctly), who was really helpful and happy to change my appointment day.
Then on the day of the appointment, I had a welcome phone call from Kevin to let me know he was on his way.
Then when Kevin arrived, exactly when he said he would, he was very pleasant and helpful, getting the blockage in the drain cleared quickly and efficiently.
Yes, a bit of a long winded review, but hopefully I’ve made it an easier decision, if you were in any doubt to whether to use Dyno-Rod….
Extremely happy with the company, from start to finish. Thank you!
