Het is dat ik 1 ster moet geven. wacht al sinds 25-11-2020 op een pakket, klantenservice reageert nergens op en je kan ze niet eens bellen!!

Feels like a scam. I had the "5 euro" "try out box" (that turned out to be 10 euro) and I was supposed to be able to cancel it afterwards which I wanted to because the products I received looked used. Checking on their page how can I cancel the membership, I see some shady text that "I'm only eligible to the 5 euro try out box if there is one full month paid"? Sorry, what? Contacted customer service twice by now on their website and through email to clarify that I can, in fact, cancel my membership without them asking more money for the "whole" value of the box (or some other weird thing, I still don't know what do they mean by that sentence above). I just wanted to return that damned box (to which I have the rights in the Netherlands, as far as I know) and be done with this business. Still haven't gotten any reply and it's been 2 weeks. Horrible products, horrible (or maybe non-existent?!) customer service. Do yourself a favour and find another subscription box.

Op dit moment ben ik zeer tevreden. Ben nog maar juist aangesloten maar alles verliep al vlot. Nu in afwachting van de eerste box

Niet veel keuze, wel leuk concept!

This is a good deal and I love that you can choose your own products.
Pro: good instructions, nice products, easy to pause or deactivate.
Con: websites good be a little better, you have to be quick because a lot of products will be sold out if you wait too long.

I just became a member of the inonebox and I loved how good everything on the site looked. I love deals and this really is a good deal. There was one thing I did not like and it is that you find different information about the prices everywhere. it went from 5 to 20 and this was a bit confuzing. But overall I do love the concept!

Everything is nice explained the custermer service is really fast and helping and the products seem really nice I'm currently waiting for my box to arrive but the products that my sister got were really good quality and worth the price. And they must be the cheapest I don't think I've ever seen so many quality products for that low price

Het concept is heel erg leuk! De site is echter nogal onoverzichtelijk, dus als ze daaraan zouden werken zouden ze nog een groter publiek kunnen bereiken!!

Good service, fair prices.

I signed up for the text box and after a month I still don’t see anything worth having. So I want to cancel but they won’t let me until I order the test box plus one more. So basically they have me trapped.

Veel verschillende en leuke producten om je box mee te vullen. Supper!

Very good & fast service & interesting box!

Niet aan te raden. De producten die je kan uitkiezen zijn overprijsd en de helft is niet op voorraad. Hierdoor kan je maar 2 of 3 producten kiezen, terwijl van te voren reclame wordt gemaakt met een grote box met meerdere producten. Erg jammer!

Super box! Very nice products!!!

Dit is mijn tweede lidmaatschap. Mijn eerst was denk ik 1,5 jaar geleden. Een plus punt wat er na 1,5 veranderd is is dat je zelf de producten kan uitzoeken. Alleen is het minpunt dat de producten nog steeds het zelfde zijn. (Lijkt mij dat je na 2 a 3 keer wat bestellen alles wel hebt 😅)

Onwijs leuk concept waarbij je nieuwe producten uit kan testen voor een lage prijs. Het klopt misschien dat de producten overpriced zijn, maar het zijn wel exclusieve producten die je niet zomaar uit de winkel haalt. Ik ben enthousiast!
