Duncan Yeardley have been fantastic right from our first meeting with Marney. We started our house selling journey with Purple bricks but had nothing but issues. Since switching over to Duncan Yeardley every stage of the process has been smooth and efficient. They had our house listed and sold within 4 weeks. Wiktoria and other members of the team negotiated the sale of our property smoothly and stress free. Every member of the team that has been involved in the process has been fantastic. I can't recommend Duncan Yeardley highly enough! Thank you all so much!

We decided to use Duncan Yeardley as they seemed to put lots of effort into the sale of each property. Bradley ran us through their process and what to expect and we were impressed so signed them up. The whole team visited our house soon after so that they could familiarise themselves and that seemed a great thing to do, all staff positive and very interested.
Communication was good throughout the viewing period, and when we got an offer Jack was great at communicating with the buyers and reaching an agreeable price.
Overall a good enthusiastic team who certainly appear to be well lead and with great individuals, highly recommended.

I’m a bit late writing this review, but in a way that’s a good thing – it’s given me time to reflect.

We moved house in December 2024 and used the Bracknell office of Duncan Yeardley. Before this, we’d had a house purchase fall through with a large estate agent who treated us very badly as buyers – so badly that we ended up receiving compensation. That whole experience left us with a really negative view of estate agents in general: faceless, no empathy, very cutthroat.

Then we came across a property listed with Duncan Yeardley and met Callum White, the branch manager, who showed us around. He was professional, empathetic, and genuinely took the time to understand our situation. Even though he was working for the seller (as estate agents do), there was a real sense of balance in how he handled things – it wasn’t just about the transaction. That approach made a huge difference to us after our previous experience.

Throughout the process, Callum and the Duncan Yeardley team kept us updated. Communication was sharp and clear, everything was handled smoothly, and the sale went through quickly with everyone happy. They were easy to deal with from start to finish, and it really showed that they cared about doing the job well.

If I were to move again, I would absolutely use Duncan Yeardley to sell my property. A huge thank you to Callum White and his team – you were exceptional all the way through. I’ve dealt with a few estate agents over the years, and these guys are different. Well done, and thank you!

Karen at DY was excellent at chasing the solicitors and agents further up the chain and keeping things moving, much appreciated.

From the outset, it was clear that Duncan Yeardley have excellent insight into the local property market. Tom was knowledgeable and practical and took the time to find out what we were trying to achieve. Anastasia did a great job with photography. Judy was also very helpful. The whole team has been very proactive and arranged viewings promptly, finding a buyer very quickly. They have done exactly what they said they would do. Highly recommended.

From the initial meeting at their offices, the staff were very attentive and professional. The meeting was set up there and then, Tom Major, the Assistant Manager came to carry out a valuation of the property. He was prompt and courteous, he respectfully looked around the house. following this he took the time to go through the valuation and advised me accordingly. Following this meeting I felt confident and reassured, when the time comes for me to make the decision to sell I will definitely be asking Duncan Yeardley to act on me behalf.

Purchased my first property through DY Ascot and they were amazing the whole way through. Karen was always available to help and kept me informed the whole way through the process. Bradley and Adele were also great with anything I needed. Would 100% recommend to friends and family if they are ever looking to buy or sell their property in the future!
