Just completed the sale of my late father’s home. During such an emotionally testing time, the team at Duncan Yeardley provided an outstanding level of care and service throughout. In particular, Ashliegh during the initial process of valuation, marketing and viewings, but more so the lovely Judy during the more complex aspects of the sale. Judy was always on the ball, never a need to chase, timely dealt with any questions or concerns, all with care, kindness, compassion and appropriate levels of humour. You all made a daunting task, simple and effortless. Internally grateful. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend DY enough, I originally bought my house through them 5 years ago and knew that I wanted to return to them when I was ready to sell. We had a tricky situation and DY listened, gave honest and realistic feedback on the house itself.

Viewings were plentiful and were organised as back to back appointments to avoid us being in and out of the house at different times.

Communication was great, they answered all questions - big or small - in a great manner. The house sold within a few weeks being on the market. I would use DY over and over again & would always recommend them to anyone that will listen.

I am really pleased with the service from viewing right through to completion of the sale. Karen in transaction support was really excellent and made a stressful sale manageable. From the start Judy finding a buyer and Ashleigh giving me an achievable valuation inspired confidence. After accepting the offer: it was very professional and not much to report on - if I contacted DY always got an update. Once exchange was a possibility things notched up a few gears and Karen became the main contact. She made sure that she gave me regular updates and communicated with the rest of the chain to get realistic time scales and agree best path forward. She also made sure that the other parties involved were aware of key requirements based on exchange and completion. While she was on leave, Callum sorted another issue out. In the end everything came together suddenly. Great

Duncan Yeardley Ascot Sunninghill branch have been nothing short of fantastic in assisting us in selling our home. After having been let down by another local agent, we had a very tight timescale to sell our home. From the first meeting the team were genuinely caring, considerate of our needs and understanding of the urgency of our situation.

The photos and video of the property were amazing and really helped to capture our home. We instantly had a large amount of viewings and it was clear the team worked really hard to promote our property to the right buyers. We were given detailed feedback after each viewing, without having to chase for it which was really helpful.

The team are always very fast to reply to messages and calls, and being able to communicate on WhatsApp made the process a lot easier for us.

We have been kept updated during each step of the process, and really couldn’t be more pleased with the very professional and proactive service we have received.

Moving home, made easy!

Moving house always has the potential to be stressful, but with Duncan Yeardley they made our move from London to Bracknell as easy as we could have imagined. Always keeping us in the loop on progress with our application initially and then going above and beyond to ensure our move in could be as seamless as possible, whilst also getting the house repainted and decorated before we moved in so that we were happy from day one.
