A fabulous company! Extremely helpful and great at kerping us fully informed about what was happening. We are currently buying a property in Lincoln which has been on the books of Kinetic. It was a complicated sale due to the fact that we had previously viewed when the property was being dealt with by another agent. Kinetic, in spite of potentially 'losing out' on the sale were most helpful in liasing with the other agent and helping us to arrange viewings. Everyone we spoke to was kind, helpful and reassuring. In fact I am sorry that Kinetic didn't get the sale, however, I strongly recommend this company - best estate agent we have ever had dealings with! Thank you to everyone at Kinetic.👏👏👏

We can not recommend Kinetic highly enough. We had been with another local estate agent for 10 mths with no movement at all, then after a recommendation we switched Aug 25 & sold in 5 months completing 20 Mar 26. We loved the different style & approach they have adopted, we have spoken to many members of the team all of whom listen are very friendly, communicate effectively & efficiently aswell as being very professional & give the necessary advice dependant on your circumstances. I am very pleased to let them know having flown back to the UK today that they have helped us on our journey to achieve our ultimate dream of retiring to Spain as we are moving over there permanently to live once we get our Visas & very pleased to say we have now bought a wonderful spacious 3 bed detached bungalow on 26 Mar 26 in the sunshine, only 6 days after our completion "Get In", we cant thank you all enough. We recently used Kinetic Estate Agents for the sale of our home and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the outset, they moved incredibly quickly to get our property on the market, which we really appreciated.

The viewings were well-organised and, most importantly, they were with genuinely interested buyers — no time-wasters. That made the whole process feel efficient and well managed.

Professional, proactive, and easy to deal with throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Hugely disappointing service. Spoke to the team to arrange an immediate viewing of an unsold property, but earliest opportunity was 9 days later at an open day. Gave team all my contact and address details and arranged time slot. Drove 400 miles / 6 hours each way from Devon only to be told that the property was subsequently under offer and open day was continuing just as a backup plan for the developers. No issue with that but given the team knew how far I was travelling, it seems only reasonable that I should be informed of the change of circumstances in order for me to make an informed decision on the need for an 800 mile round trip.
Appalling communication - based on this experience would never use them again.

5* We couldn’t be happier with the service received by Kinetic. From our initial valuation from Matt, through to completion the whole team have been brilliant. Louis looked after our sale and kept us up to date with the interest our house was getting, progress with bookings, and potential buyers. In 6 weeks we had sold our home and was looking for our next home. Whilst we were viewing houses Jo kept in contact regularly to understand our position better so she could update our buyers, I think this is so important, I had full confidence that Jo was on top of everything, was listening to us and therefore able to set realistic timeframes for our buyers so they wasn’t forgotten about and left in the lurch, this must have made their buying experience much nicer. If only we had this with our purchase but unfortunately that was through a different estate agents. I must say the whole experience of buying and/or selling a house can be stressful but Jo and the team make life so much easier. We are truly grateful for the level of service Kinetic offer through their high standards

I’ve recently bought a property up with kinetic, the experience at a stressful time was second to none. The updates and explanations of what was happening were great for someone like me who was very inexperienced at this. Jo in particular was superb, always in contact with updates and kissing with solicitors to keep things moving swiftly and in the right direction.
If I sell this property I would without doubt use kinetic as they made the whole experience very smooth.

We had a great experience selling our property with Kinetic. Jo was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process, always taking the time to explain things clearly and keep us reassured. Louis was also very supportive, regularly updating us on how our property was performing in the market and providing useful insights. The whole team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

We have used Kinetic on 3 occasions. They always provide an excellent service. They managed to find a buyer for us after a week and the sale completed 8 week’s later.
The whole team are very helpful but we have to say Jo is a treasure, always there to help and advise.

After a little bit of a slow start and some miscommunication, things went incredibly smoothly.
Jo in particular has been incredible. Prompt in answering emails, excellent at explaining things and just generally a lovely woman to deal with.
She managed to keep us ALL calm when things were becoming incredibly stressful and frustrating - all whilst dealing with her own move!!
We’ve moved out of Lincoln now, but if we hadn’t, we’d absolutely go with Kinetic again and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.
