Myself and friends were booked in for viewing student lets in the Moulsecoomb/Coldean area and were fortunate enough to have Finlay Baker helping us with our search. Incredibly friendly and eager to sit down with us and answer every question we could throw at him, we were able to find the perfect place for us with all of his help and patience.

Had a house viewing this afternoon with Finlay, who is super friendly and supportive with the issues students face in mind, and the last one in Coldean lane in particular, will defo be something that's worth considering in my move-over for next academic term!

We were shown around by Finlay Baker, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience a breeze. Great guy, great agency, highly recommend!

We were met by a young chap named Flynn Baker, very friendly talkative lad who did our viewing and secured us a beautiful home. The customer service by him was top tier and he told us his co workers were super friendly too.

I just wanted to take time to really elaborate just how amazing coapt look after me especially Mr Fin Baker. Fin from the start has helped me so much in finding many houses mainly cause I kept nagging him but he did his utmost to find houses that fit the criteria and eventually finding the perfect one and is just so friendly and reassuring and has great communication skills but most importantly very considerate and will take upon any requests and will do his best to make it happen. I highly recommend coapt as they are a great service and will do everything they can to please you !!

Mr baker, the most reliable and helpful man to grace this earth. With his help we secured a lovely 7 bedroom house positioned perfectly in Brighton. His smile and friendliness will make us repeat customers! Many thanks Finlay Baker

Chloe FS was directing our signing for our third year house and she was honestly the best one could ask for, very responsive and great with reminders when needed! Her friendly and welcoming attitude was delightful and myself and my 4 roommates will miss her dearly

Very good customer service with quick responses and helpful communication from the staff. Had some slight trouble sorting guarantors but staff were accommodating with our situation and patient. Chloe has been a great reference point with quick answers to questions and helpful advice, really reliable for student housing.

first years reading this, do not go with coapt!! i don't know why they keep asking me to write reviews mentioning them by name because going through everything that they've done to us as we moved in would be reputation-ruining for all of them, but i'll write a review so that they get off my back. what i will say is this: before you sign ANYTHING, anything at all, ask coapt to confirm in writing and sign to say that their rent schedules, gas safety certificates, all the paperwork you have to sign to say you agree to is correct and will not be changed. if you don't they will screw you over in any way they can and get you forking out money you can't afford for their mistakes. this happened to us because of THEIR paperwork mistake, which they refused to admit at every turn and offered us non-starter options to force our hand. ultimately we paid because the alternative was homelessness. if we'd had somewhere else to go i would have sought legal advice and taken them to court. do not say anything to coapt through a non-recorded channel, record their phone calls for your own evidence base and put every conversation you have with them in writing. they like to screw students over because they assume that students don't know the law and don't know any better - don't let them do that to you!!!!

Olivia was a great viewing agent. She showed us around multiple different houses on 2 different occasions, being very patient with us as we couldn’t decide on which house to pick. She was highly organised and whenever we would need a question answered she was quick to respond. I am very happy with my experience renting through coapt and that is completely because of Olivia’s smashing work.

Matt is a really honest and straightforward person. Very clear and open about the property we viewed. Even though he was working on behalf of the seller and not us, he went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and well communicated. Based on this experience I would use CoApt again.

Chloe gave an Amazing and professional service that is very helpful and clear in getting housing. Especially if it a first time renting. And also made problem solving very efficient with quick replies

Viewing 4 houses with Patrick was very pleasant, he answered all my questions, not feeling rushed at all and was very supportive throughout my whole experience of looking for a house with my friends. He made house viewing not boring and great fun when viewing as a student. My friends and I couldn’t have done it without him. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking with Co apt.

We viewed six properties with Finlay Baker and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive, answering all of our questions and never making us feel rushed.
