Watch out
Watch out! This company sent us invoice along with the coin. It was paid within 5 working days but in the meantime sent another invoice for €10 on top of the €24.95 which was the original invoice.
The €10 was a `late payment fee'.

I left a review 1st May and since then…
I left a review 1st May and since then I received an invoice in the post from R. Kerslake for €30.95 to pay on an order that had been fully paid. No invoice number only my account number. On this invoice it said a refund which was the exact amount above I received as an a refund via Adrienne. So thought it was a receipt. A month later l received a final demand same letter with another account number and €40.95 added on. I payed and under personal data it says account balance €40.95. Does this I'm in credit as in the money should be refunded to me. I owed nothing but was threatened with bailiffs. I am deaf so have paid to settle what exactly? and emailed my query as to what this amount was for to Adrienne; still no answer. I paid for fear of bailiffs. Your site was also under maintenance so could not check balance either!

This is the first time we used Dublin…
This is the first time we used Dublin Mint and totally unimpressed. We purchased a gold coin nearly a month ago and since then our order has been 'pending' on our online account dashboard. We emailed asking where our purchase was without a response and also have been promised call back which again didn't happen. Thankfully only a small order as this was our first order so wanted to test the water so to speak and in hindsight looks like we may have lost this order but at least not as much as we were intending on spending with them. Very disappointed indeed.

Query
I recently had a query with the Dublin Mint Office , I rang the company and was passed on to a lady called Marie, she solved my query in a couple of minutes, she also wanted to check that everything she said was right in the paper work.As it was late in the evening she said she would get back to me the following day which she did and Marie was accurate in the paperwork and all she said on the phone. Marie was very obliging, polite and helpful if I ever have a problem again I would contact Marie with no hesitation and I would highly recommend her to anybody who has an issue she really does go above and beyond to help people.

I called with a query regarding an order and, while I was very anxious and stressed at the time, she was incredibly reassuring and took care of my order in a polite, friendly and professional manner. It is so good to get a "human" on the end of the phone who can make one feel as if they are the first person they have spoken to that day and are happy and eager to help.
