whom I made my payment through made an error in who was the recipient of my gift , the Rustic Bumble Bee would not allow me to change addresses within five minutes of the order being placed, then refused to answer my e-mails - very very disappointed in this company

Nice owl looks good on the garden fence & good delivery service

Found the owl on line and I’m delighted with it. Exactly as expected and looks great in the garden - not sure what our resident barn owl thinks. Prompt service and arrived well packed.
Also pleased with the robin I snuck into the order when my husband wasn’t looking - will look great on top of an old garden fork

A truly professional company. It's satisfying to deal with a company who deliver what they advertise. The first order arrived on time and the items are excellent. they were that good I placed as further two orders, which also arrived a couple of days later.
