Absolute scam! Do not engage with this company. Easy to see why none of its staff publicise that they work here on LinkedIn. All scammers! Intimidation tactics and taking advantage of the elderly. Disgusting behaviour from staff when you attempt to stop communications and them relentlessly sending more and more coins. Should be shut down! Avoid avoid avoid! Shameful “company”

Unacceptable delays in resolving outstanding issues.
" The Continuing Saga of The Black Madonna Silver Coin ". For nearly three weeks, I have attempted to obtain a satisfactory or even some form of reply as to why I was eventually sent the wrong Silver coin I can only come to the considered conclusion that The Dublin Mint Office appears to be a very badly run and incompetent business.

Terrible Mint
Terrible experience I sent off for the FREE offer advertised but something different was sent to me. I returned this item and kept proof. I have been harassed since then with emails demanding payment also threatening letter. Although I spoke to someone on phone still not sorted as today I received a brand new bill for some sort of monthly payment

Returned two Elvis items in original…
Returned two Elvis items in original packing six weeks ago. I have been assured they arrived safely but the items are still showing on my account as overdue. Two phone calls later still on my account. I have been buying from this company for years but no more. I am fed up with their ridiculous excuses.
Must be the Welsh air makes them so lazy.
Get your act together.
Thank you for your reply Levi however, may I bring to your attention, that I had already phoned your office twice and nothing was done to correct the situation the last time being over a week ago.
I would like to point out that over the years I have been buying from The Dublin Mint the service was good and I like the products and feel they are good value. It has taken almost six weeks for this return to be concluded and that in addition to being ignored is what upset me. I don't remember ever returning an item before.
Perhaps my rating was harsh but my request for you to correct my account being ignored didn't help the situation.
In view of the fact that the quality of the product is excellent but delivery is very slow and anyone of the Dublin Mint staff with whom I have had conversations are very good and always a pleasure to deal with I will improve my rating to three star.
The returned items have been removed from my account thank you for that.
But, just as irritating there are another two items, which I ordered some time , now showing as overdue. I haven't received these items yet. This is why I can't give more than three stars.

Everything was made easy for me. When purchasing a coin, they called me, which I liked because nowadays companies make you but everything online and doesn't have a human aspect to it. But my absolute favourite thing has to be Laura who is on the Customer Experience Support Team. She took care of everything with easy and speedy responses. She told me if be helped by the original person whom sold me my coin(Samantha), but I never was. Fear not as Laura took care of me anyway. So if anyone is reading this from the Dublin mint office, Laura deserves a raise. If anyone reading this wants to return a coin, and are having trouble, I personally recommend Laura as she is brilliant at her job.

Disappointed and dissatisfied
As with previous reviewers I would strongly advise people never ever use this company to purchase anything or to receive the free coins.
They are nothing but trouble.
Back in June I ordered one of the free coins where you pay postage, it's now September and I have received nothing except an email in July which I can only describe as demanding if not threatening, in red writing I was told I haven't paid and that I will incur late payment fees if I don't pay within 5 days.
I have made contact several times and have been fobbed off every time. I have insisted on a refund and got a message back saying the coin was dispatched on 28th June. This is the first time in two months they have looked into the dispatch. It's unlikely to be correct or true though with the email looking for more money being sent after this dispatch date.
I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied. I am just feeling let down by what should be a reputable company. Their lack of confident communication skills leave a lot to be desired
