Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Sent my coins out and even after me paying my invoices early. They had my coins returned to them and cancelled the postage when they were at my local delivery office. Phoned to ask why and they said i needed to send identification and proof of address. After doing this I still haven't heard anything back and being treated like a criminal or something similar. Would recommend using a diffrent mint office as their service is absolutely terrible. Also there customer service department is not great at all. Takes ages to get any reply from them. But there quick enough to take my money.

The excitement in Monarchy Gold and Silver, it feels so rewarding to own Genuine collection from the Royal Mint, The London Mint Office. I like the idea of investing for the long term but also as a collector myself, I like to sit and admire the collection. It could be displayed, it could be kept within the family Heirloom, it could be gifted!! The Mint Office make it affordable through their payment plan or you can pay through a bank transfer or other options available. I also like the security that they are authentic and certified by the London Mint office so every collection is linked back to you. For peace of mind, the more valuable collections are delivered securely via the Royal Mail Secured service and to fit in with your schedule. The word for me is excitement, I get excited by these collection, you can invest in the Monarchy, in Musical icons , Historic legends in the form of Gold and Silver, it's affordable and it is Amazing...

Far From Mint Service

I have been waiting for the credit on my account to be paid into my bank account for well over a month now. Platitudes aplenty but no action despite numerous requests. Won’t ever deal with them again. Financial Ombudsman complaint coming.
