Waste of time..Not worth
Waste of time. They are useless company who cannot do one simple job of fixing slight repair on front bumper and alloy wheels. As I was looking to get my car ready to send back the leasing company, I emailed them to take a quote. The next day I had to chase them to get an update and at the end of the day they email back with a lame excuse that due to location of the damage they cannot accept this job? It is more ridiculous when they mentioned that it they cannot fix this things roadside - totally contrast to what they advertise on their website. The only reason I approached them is because they came on the top of my Google search. They should be on the last page.
Thanks for wasting my entire day!

Sorry to hear we weren't able to assist you with your end of lease repairs. After looking into your request, I see that the location of the damage was in fact, in an area that we could not repair. As we are a mobile service, we need to ensure we can complete the repair to a 'like new' standard. If this is not achievable, then we'd rather not waste your time. We hope you understand where we are coming from.

I was one of the first Dropless customers
I was one of the first Dropless customers back in 2021 and setup a regular car valet.
Started off well, but by Q3 2022 the valets were starting to be cancelled, often on the morning of the service. Between August and December 2022 only had two car cleans. All the others were cancelled. 2023 started even more poorly and now the entire service has been canned.
If you try and book a valet in the South West you're now told Dropless doesn't cover the area!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE. Horrible customer service. The job quality is the worst you can have, just unbeilable. The paint peeled of after less than one year. I contact the customer service (BORIS) but his now saying is nothing to do with them....This is not acceptable they are not accepting the responsibility not even with proves just photos and emails of the previous damaged

Thanks for your feedback. As mentioned by Boris in his response to you, from the images you sent us of the paint work, there are a lot of light scratches and other damage to the paintwork in view. Comparing this to the images of the completed repair we performed, it doesn’t look to be the same area that we repaired and therefore, new areas of damage are not covered by our lifetime warranty. I hope you can understand that we can only be accountable for any issues arising from the work we’ve done.

Dropless (office representatives) useless…
Dropless (office representatives) are very unprofessional and cancelled my booking without any prior warning. Only when I reached out to them by email because it was a no show did they tell me they didn’t have an operative in my area. If I hadn’t of reached out, I’d still be waiting at home especially for an operative to come. Their live chat and phone lines are also totally useless - no response from either option)
Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Dropless are amateurs.

Great service from Muhammad from…
Great service from Muhammad from Dropless. My car had been sitting under a tree all winter so was covered in sap, bird droppings and leaf debris. In a very sorry state but after a couple of hours with Muhammad it was back in showroom condition inside and out. Very happy. Have used Dropless several times before and will definitely use again.
