Do not buy anything from this company you will regret it. I bought a servo buddy from them but it didn’t work so I tried it in another bike same as mine and it also didn’t work but the one he has works on my bike and his. I asked the to replace it but they just kept asking stupid questions when all I wanted was for them to replace it. Very bad after sales service. KEEP AWAY

Still no refund from Dr Bikes. They have had the returned bars back 3-weeks now. They even started lying saying the bars were scratched so they have returned item to me. They haven’t. I’ve not received them and they aren’t scratched. Total scam artists. I’m having to claim my money back through Barclay card charge back.

I’ve had this comment reviewed and taken down by Trustpilot because Drbikes put in complaint trying get my comments removed, saying that I was harmful and illegal comments to try shut me up this proves what kind company your dealing with disgusting behaviour TRUTH HURTS and put reviews on google to where should photographic evidence you lie!!!

Used DrBikes for some time now & for a good reason. Customer service is always 110%, delivery is always next day & items are packaged to last the journey. Prices are always competitive, range is always broad with great annual discounts. What’s more to say? Loyal to the company & always will be.

Ordered lithium battery, it arrived next day. Excellent service as always. Great products at a great price.

Item delivered on time at a competitive price, unfortunately the positives end there.
Rude seller with very poor customer service.
I had an issue with my item and thats where my problems started.
Best to check the responses here by the seller to the 1 star reviews to see what sort of person you will need to deal with if you have an issue.

Good price and quick delivery, nice follow up not just a generic email.

I did have an issue with the clamp sizes when fitting as they were different to the ones removed.
Bit of a bum steer and nothing we as actually wrong, as checking up the ktm parts list the supplied ones are correct and what was fitted to my bike is actually a different size from the factory than the parts list suggests - lesson there, should have checked the parts list to verify...

Ok, here is an honest appraisal of Drbikes as I found them. Firstly the product did come quickly and was of good quality but did not fit although stated it would on the invoice. Tried to return it immediately but oh my god what a rude, badly written, succession of emails followed. Had to go to citizens advice in the end and threaten legal procedures, which I would have done in a heartbeat. I did get my refund in the end, but this company should familiarise themselves with consumer rights act 2015.

Update: Re. the reply below, you seem to have found my order then DRBIKES. All below is a pack of lies! Avoid DRBIKES like the plague!

Ordering was easy and a quick delivery, but on fitting the new chain and sprockets on my CB1000R the sprocket were correct but the chain was way too short, but stated was for my bike and year.
