Before working with Bluelight Consultancy and Brendan, I thought I was OK with general interviews, but getting my first look at competencies and working through the assessment centre booklets really made me realise I was very unprepared and this made me extremely flustered and panicked as i put so much pressure on myself.
I worked with Brendan through webinars and he helped me work through framed questions for my interview and really helped me structure these correctly. Not only did this help me through my interview but this now helps me in my policing work with statement taking and correct structure! His reach does not end!
I don't think I'd be where I am now without Brendans help.
I passed my assessment centre first time with high scores, final interview first time and progressed through all my training and I've passed out as a Police Constable and absolutely love every working day as an officer.

I can't wait for what my future policing career holds for me and I'm sure that a lot of that is down to Brendan.

There are weeks worth of material to go through from podcasts, recorded webinars and YouTube videos along with reading material and 'course work' type material to help guide you to becoming a more rounded officer and helping you prepare for the application process.
Without Brendan's guidance, I feel I would have flustered my way through my interview and most likely wouldn't have got the same result. So thank you. I can't rate it enough.
