Customer service is spot on and couldn't ask for better service 👌.

Seen a couple of these bad reviews and was like how considering every purchase has been bang on, think you'll always going to get few bad customers who think they're right.

If your not a lemon of a customer then get buying from these guys, they're spot on .

My girlfriend ordered a new s21 ultra and all we have had is mobileshops website say waiting to be dispatched, when we ordered and paid 195 upfront it was in stock and Ibstock still about 8 hours later.

It's ridiculous service for a company working on behalf of a multi billion pound company, I expect this phone this week or my money back with interest and compensation for losing out on other deals that could deliver what they promise and what you pay for!
