The member of staff that dealt with our purchase of a settee is a credit to DFS. He was courteous, informative and pleasant. He made us feel very comfortable, at no point did he try to pressure us.

Josh helped us buying our couch, he was really positive and offered us products that were right for us.

I bought a new sofa from DFS yesterday, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. My mum and I spent plenty of time looking around, and we really appreciated that we weren't hassled or pressured at any point.

The young man who helped us (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name!) was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease. He even offered us a coffee while we were browsing, which was such a lovely touch. He took the time to talk us through all the different options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

This is exactly how customer service should be. I'd previously bought my last sofa from DFS, and the quality and service are the reasons I came back. After another brilliant experience, I'll always choose DFS for my sofas. Thank you for making the whole process so enjoyable!

The person that we met within store came over as soon as we entered and said his name which im sorry but don't remember. He said to call him if we had any questions ( didn't feel hassled ) went all around the shop ( no hassle) tried several sofas picked what we wanted and colour . Called said gentleman and he came straight away . Answered any questions we had then explained about the extras like delivery, warranty, sliders and aftercare insurance. ( didn't feel pressured) explained all processing procedures. Nice guy new his stuff gave us free delivery and feet . Spent £2800 but got to pick what we wanted with no hassle and fantastic service . Would definitely go to this guy again.

We were given help when we asked and then left to browse at leisure, completely without any pressure. The sales person was relaxed, very helpful, patient and friendly. He listened to what we were looking for and offered suggestions and advice when asked. He explained everything clearly and simply, and made sure we understood. This resulted in us finding exactly what we wanted and being completely satisfied with it.
We were all together very pleased with what was on offer and found it very good value for money. We would definitely choose DFS Llantrisant again.

The salesman Josh was extremely helpful very knowledgeable of his sofas, very easy to talk to without putting any pressure on myself and husband in purchasing a new sofa. He explained everything about the sofa design we were looking at and helped us make our final decision before making any agreement . We are very happy and would definitely recommend the store where Josh is working from, huge thank you to him, he’s a credit to your company

On entering we were met by a lovely , friendly gentleman Josh , I asked him to show us the Zana 3 seater sofa as we already have the recliner in the same range. He offered us a cup of tea/ coffee as we sat on the sofa , he explained about the firm cushions in foam of what we have already and he succeeded to explain everything else from time to make , guarantees to delivery details. Our overall experience today in the Pontyclun DFS store was 100% Satisfactory.
