What lost you the fifth star?
I wasn't expecting a delivery charge after spending so much money with you!
Very disappointed at that.

5 out of 5 for the store experience.
Great that no one pounces on you when you are looking around.
We visited a few times before making our choice, I let a member of staff know that I was ready.
Grant introduced himself and talked about the sofa range we were interested in.
I took out the sofacare package which bumped the price up, but felt it was worth it. What I didn't realise was there was a £129 delivery charge, I only noticed this when reading the email later. I would have questioned that at the time.
We've been given a 5 week delivery date, so let's see if I add to this review….

Salesman very helpful, polite and cheerful. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
Sorted us out very quickly and efficiently. Not pushy. Gave us plenty of time to decide.

Dav was very accommodating and had the answers to our questions.
Was very helpful and not pushy like some salesmen.

David was helpful throughout and was a main reason we continued with purchasing , well explained and very insightful a credit to your company

Staff member who dealt with us was excellent, give us time to look around didn’t keep on to us, had the answers for us when we needed them.

Helpful staff no pressure answered all my questions and went through the options with the sofa and pleased with my purchase. Hopefully delivered this week.

We weren't hassled walking around looking which I really liked. They helped when needed. Good explanation of the furniture (the one we wanted wasn't on show). Got a cuppa whilst waiting and the kids used their massage chairs which kept them entertained!!
My only criticism is that it is quite expensive and the delivery/installation fee is expensive. Think it should be included when spending thousands on a sofa!

Lewis was great, nice and friendly, let us take our time in making our decision and provided us with all the info we needed, thank you!

It was nice to be given helpful information, but to then be left alone to look around the sofas ourselves and in our own time.

All good but it was a shame I couldn’t see the sofa I wanted in the store, however the sales rep showed me a similar item.
The rep explained all information and I was very happy to proceed to buy.

Very welcoming, not overpowering, lift us alone until we needed help. Very helpful and informative, brilliant customer service, would definitely shop here again due to customer service, hope my sofa is as good as the service provided.

I loved it that we were not immediately ambushed by over zealous staff as we entered the store. Lewis came over and told us to take our time having a good look and to call him if we needed any help. He was very helpful and pleasant and answered any questions we had. He is a credit to your store.

Friendly staff all my options were well explained. I new what I wanted so it was a quick in and out.

Although delivery charges with this company appear very high, the assistant dealing with us was very helpful.
