We came to the store in Gateshead metro for a sofa which we saw online we weren’t pounced on as soon as we walked in just left to browse we had to ask for assistance which we preferred,the gentleman who helped us we amazing explained everything the best experience of buying furniture ever

We had such a fantastic experience at DFS, thanks to Rachel. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

I received excellent customer service throughout my visit. I was given plenty of time to browse without feeling pressured, which made the experience very comfortable. Everything was clearly explained, and my order was confirmed carefully to ensure it was exactly right for me.
