The fa t that I was allowed time…
The fa t that I was allowed time to.look around the show room and not being pressured by sales people pushing for a quick sale. The salesman was polite informative and friendly o pressure.

There was no hassle, no sales person was constantly on your back, you were left to browse and if you needed help, the help was there straight away, the member of staff that helped me was very patient whilst I made my decision

Marc from DFS in Gateshead made my experience purchasing furniture very easy from start to finish. He gave me excellent advice regarding which sofa to buy which would accommodate having pets, and he explained all about the 5 year cover plan which will protect my furniture. Additionally he showed empathy for my health condition, helping me to choose a sofa that was suitable. Marc went above and beyond even staying way past his shift finish time to help me. I had the best customer experience ever in DFS and I would highly recommend them and in particular Marc to help you buy new furniture. A****
