SCAM!! I placed an order Aug 13. A few days went by without shipping updates, yet they charged my card (their policy says they won’t until dispatch).
I called and was told “it had not been dispatched” due to a warehouse delay, but it would be in the next 24hrs. After this same response for 3 straight days, I told them to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t and couldn’t refund my money. I told them I’d open a credit card dispute THEN they said they would cancel. 30min later I received a “shipped” email, with bogus tracking. Called AGAIN and told them I’m not paying for it, if actually shipped I’m not dealing with it. Magically, that “shipped” order was stopped. Still haven’t gotten my money back

Some serious delivery and shipping issues
I don't know what happened to Dermstore. I used to be able to order with no problem but my most recent order has been delayed, then shipped, then delayed, etc. They use an AI chatbot for customer service and it's as dumb as board. I want to cancel the order, it's in some weird shipping limbo, and I'm told I can't. So no product, paid for the order, and no idea when it's arriving. I won't buy from Dermstore again.

I had an issue with your mobile site
I had an issue with your mobile site, it kept correcting my address which made it wrong and I didn’t notice I hadn’t fixed so had to cancel the order and do it again. It would be really helpful if you integrated the Apple Pay and generally did an overhaul because it functions very poorly!

Sample selection/rewards are so minimal…
Sample selection/rewards are so minimal and you have to spend so much just to reach it. Sales are not that great, Customer service solutions are not that great either. It’s all bare minimum compared to shopping at Sephora or sokoglam. The only time I shop on here is when it’s convenient to get my medical grade skincare from once source/free shipping. Otherwise if I can get it anywhere else, I opt for that.
