I placed an order for a cream for my daughter, and she found out and wanted me to cancel. I called the customer service and talked with a gal who was delighted to share the request to cancel the order. She canceled the order and was so pleasant to talk with. They canceled the order before it was shipped and refunded my money. Not only efficient, but it is also a pleasant encounter with their customer service.

My order was delivered to an incorrect address.

Dermstreet customer service immediately confirmed this and sent me a free replacement with updated tracking the day of! Truly kind, efficient people.

Courier dropped my package at the complete wrong house took a picture of the wrong house and I called customer service it was well after hours first thing the next morning I received a call back to just please wait the 24 to 48 hours and if it was not resolved they would fix the issue customer service was polite right on top of it I waited actually waited three days and no one returned my package so they have since shipped a replacement very easy process very quick responses 100% 10 out of 10 on the customer service

11/10 Customer Service! I place my first order which arrived very quickly, but unfortunately I received a defective product in which no product would disperse which was not my typical experience with this brand that I had bought elsewhere before. However upon bringing it to the attention of Dermstreet and sharing some photos/videos, they without hesitation provided me a refund and ordered a replacement product right away, without asking the old one to be returned. A painless process and shows how great customer service goes a long way, as I will definitely be ordering again!
