I ordered and paid for overnight…
I ordered and paid for overnight shipping. After a week of waiting called customer service and was told they would reship overnight. Another week went by and still did not receive. Finally I received a box from the original order but only a paper coupon was in it. I have called customer service a total of four times and the issue is still not resolved. Agents are not helpful, cannot actually track packages, and very hard to understand. Do not recommend because shipping is terrible and customer service is not helpful. Buy direct from brands instead.

I had a terrible time with paying
I had a terrible time with paying. I use Paypal regularly, but after repeated failures--?-- I had to switch to my credit card. I have perfect credit so that is NOT a problem. It was a real pain

I always had had a quick response
I always had had a quick response. I am a bit concerned that the refund for this high-priced item could have been relayed to me prior to my having to follow up with Dermstore. However, all in all, my shopping and customer experiences with Dermstore have been very pleasant, and the service is wonderful. All the representatives are kind and very courteous and professional I love the sales and the products!!! I will be a lifelong customer and enjoy shopping here! Much love to you all. And again, thank you for assisting me with the return and tracking of the order. Thank you Nokukhanya for your assistance in bringing this to a closure. I can now breathe easier knowing the refund will be processed, and the item has now been received.

The selections were great, many options to choose from, pricing pretty much same as regular retail but the discount offer to do auto ship was nice.

I have never dealt with a company that…
I have never dealt with a company that is so impossible to contact . Don’t even try to! My package was to be delivered by starlink (?) that’s what the info from Dermstore says . On the day that it was to be delivered they wrote that no one was home . There were four people in the house and three cars in the driveway . A lie . I called Dermstore and spoke to their call center in India . No results and at that point I wanted to cancel my order. No they didn’t do up that. They told me to contact the shipper starlink and give them some info which was not my order number . I did not know where to find this info guess what ? You can reply to their email. The shipper told me to contact
Dermstore … Don’t buy from them !!! its a scam .

Improve Accessibility for Users w/Disability…
The site has some improvement opportunities in the way of accessibility for users with a vision disability. Not all content was accessible using screen reader and page content did not optimize well when using enlarged text settings. I was able to work around it but definitely could have been easier.

Easy order and fast shipping

This is my very first time ordering and disappointed
This is my very first time ordering. I received my order and according to the packaging slip, my entire order should be here except only one of the three bottles showed up. I’m going call and hopefully it’ll get fixed but I wish the information on the packaging and the emails match that I only received one item instead it looks like I received three. Hopefully this will be resolved soon either email or my order will be filled correctly.

Do yourself a favor and…..DON’T
This has been the worst experience ever and 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Buy from somewhere else. Package was supposed to be delivered but FedEx apparently stuck it in a locker without providing the code and when I called to get it they said only the shipper could call about the package. Contacted Dermstore 6 times and I still don’t have my package, they won’t help me get my package, nor have they tried to refund me. I will be reaching out to the card issuer and letting them know there’s been theft and fraud and also reporting to the BBB. Disgusted!

They used to be my go to store but…
They used to be my go to store but recently it’s changed. My latest order took a whole week to even be processed and then another 2 to be delivered. That’s not acceptable customer service and not really worth the time when there’s so many other places to purchase from.

Consistently bad service and products
Just recieved leaking products and they will not allow a return. In the past, I've gotten products that are just about to expire. The shipping usually takes a long time as well.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! They sent the wrong item. Yet it’s MY responsibility to print return label and return the wrong item and they won’t send me the correct item until it’s fully returned and refused to expedite it. So it will be a few weeks. I’m furious. Offered a $5 credit for inconvenience! Like I will ever give them my business again!
