Horrible customer service
This was the second time one of my orders was lost in the mail. When I called customer service to find out what had happened to my package, the representative seemed completely unconcerned. She immediately asked whether I wanted to cancel the order or have it reissued, with little effort to investigate or address the problem. Her tone and overall attitude were so off-putting that I decided to simply cancel the order. After two lost orders and such a disappointing customer service experience, I will never order from Dermstore again.

Seal broken and leaking
So I bought tons of stuff from Dermstore, and they have express delivery 2 days to San Diego which is great! All of my products are from Eminence, first of all, they dont have expiration dates on any of the products, secondly, the seals of 2 moisturizer jars were broken and cream was leaking. I contacted the service page, and chatted with a staff member, omg she is so unhelpful!!! Very rigid and borderline rude in a way, she said allowed 2-3 days for the team to reach out, I said that’s so slow because I have a flight on the 30th and these are gifts, is there any other options, she said “that’s the time frame” ! I sent her all the pictures of the stuff I bought to check if they are expired, she only said “they are not” no explanation, no more info long long they last, no nothing (well, where is the evidence?). It’s super uneasy and unhelpful conversation from a service person!
Also, I don’t care about the samples but if anyone wants to try new products samples, it’s such a bare minimum

Dermstore has the worst customer…
Dermstore has the worst customer service. They use a courier that does not delivery the Dermstore packages. When I contacted Dermstore, they told me to contact the courier, but I did not engage the courier, Dermstore did. Dermstore refuses to refund my order until they receive the undelivered package, but tracking by the courier shows no movement. I have never had a problem with UPS, FedEx, ontrac, etc.Do not purchase from Dermstore-they do not support the customer experience.

A few days after placing my order I…
A few days after placing my order I received an email saying my order was delayed. When it finally shipped I was told it should arrive between the 18-20th. On the 24th I called to check on the status of my delivery. I was told the carrier would contact me. The next day I received an email stating my order was lost in the mail and a new order would need to be shipped out. I am not a happy customer and feel you dropped the ball on this. I no longer want the order and will not purchase with you again.

Advertised Coupons Not Working
I like the products and appreciate that dermstore is an authorized dealer for SkinCeuticals, but advertisements say 15% off with code APP15. I downloaded the app and it said it does not apply to my order. Tried other codes and could not find any way to get 15% off. This is very disappointing and a waste of time.
