Hi does anyone know how to contact this website as the phone number does not work when I email no one replies in order 3 items 2 come back but not the other item this was two weeks ago

Dont usually do this but getting nowhere with messages. Ordered a jacket on 14th of January which has never arrived. Had a couple of messages with Dan himself but now being ignored it seems. Have bought a lot off him over the years and was always impressed but this has left me feeling opposite.

I don’t usually leave reviews , but 2nd time ordering from here, ordered a stone island jumper for my boy yesterday at 3, it came today 1 pm from dpd amazing that was only standard delivery aswell. Will definitely order again thank you so much

Placed an order for a pair of Nike trainers. Within 7 minutes I had an e mail letting me know they were in the post.

No ego’s, no posing or pretending to be something they’re not. Just honest hard working people providing a great service.

In my latest experience I bought a pair of Moncler Joggies in the afternoon of 23rd December. At payment I decided not to get them delivered before Christmas as I was in no rush for them. However much to my surprise the following morning there is a chap at the door and there are my trousers. You cannot beat that. They went out of their way to ensure them that I got them in time. Also to put that into context of how impressive it is, i ordered another pair of trousers from a high street store 11 days prior to Christmas and they still haven’t arrived because “it’s very busy”.

Give me DanYoungUK before anyone on the high street. Support small businesses, especially if they are like this one. They care about and support their customers, the high street don’t.

Fantastic service once again. No complaints at all, items quickly dispatched and delivered next day. Dan & the team certainly put the graft in to make sure you are a happy customer.

You sure you’re not putting these parcels on private jets? Ordered yesterday at 3.30 and it was with me by 10 this morning and I’m down in Cornwall! Best Prices on the internet as always. 1000% would recommend

Mint Black Friday deals extended till Sunday. Website wasn’t working for me on my Mac so contacted admin and they helped me through it. Ordered a load of clobber on Sunday and came by Wednesday. Can’t see me going anywhere else for a bit of designer 👌🏼

Shit service. Shit admin. Shit experience. Ordered expensive item 2 weeks ago with next day delivery and still have not received confirmation email or delivery tracking number.
Should’ve set up a go fund me mate would’ve just given you the money for free.
Never shopping here again, hope you get cancelled. Should’ve read everyone’s reviews before I ordered they all say the same thing

Ordered trainers 3 weeks ago , no trainer's have arrived,no emails from company apart from confirmeing order and my emails are being ignored. UPDATED REVIEW I just what to say a big thank you to Dan for sorting this problem out great
communication and has gone the extra mile to sort this out for me ,the delivery company had lost the trainers which obviously wasn't Dan fault, he has given me a full refund , great bloke running his own business who is working really hard ... Thank you Dan

4 weeks after ordering a parcel through Dan young, noticed I haven’t recieved my parcel. Asked the question where my parcel was, he said don’t know. Rude arrogant then decided to block me on instagram as he can’t be arsed with FOLKS Like me on a Saturday 🤣🤣. Shocking service and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

You wasn’t pursing anyway! This is the quickest response I’ve received off yourselves… The ‘Karen route’ is because you can’t even be bothered to respond to messages when I’m asking for updates. Reading messages, not replying, not replying to emails, rude in your messages.. what a way to run a business! Looks like a couple of customers aren’t happy! I have tried solving this issue with yourselves and you have not wanted to know. I was told I’d have an update by the end of the week 2 weeks ago, and I haven’t heard anything, then I was told on the other page they would chase it up that day, good business’ and good customer service would be to get back to that customer with the outcome. Yes your saying the ‘GPS COORDINATES’ show it was delivered but where was it left?! As no picture has loaded for me! It clearly wasn’t delivered to me or my neighbours other wise I’d have the order! Im not someone who just complains for no reason, no one has time for that! All I want is my order or my money back and the fact you are refusing now to not pursue when you havent resolved it I will be taking this further!!!

First time I have used this company as it was the only place that had the Ralph Lauren jacket I was searching for in my size - plus it was a great price! Easy to order, fast dispatch, rapid delivery and well packaged - a great all-round experience.
