Have used Chance quite a lot over the years mainly buying CP Company or Stone Island. Always a fast service and genuine items (I always use Certilogo too.) For the first time I had to send an item back (was a bit small, 100% didn't suit me and my daughters said I looked older wearing it!) and the return process was really fast and refunded quickly. Will continue to use these guys without hesitation.

I bought a Burberry polo from Chance
I bought a Burberry polo from Chance. I am very sceptical of the authenticity of it. It was delivered in a plastic Chance bag , no Burberry logo on chest. I already have a Burberry polo, which I bought a couple of years ago. I know it’s a 100% genuine and it has the logo on the chest.

Thank you for your review. We’d like to reassure you that all items sold by us are 100% authentic, and all of our Burberry stock is sourced directly from the brand itself. Burberry produces a variety of polo designs, and not all feature the logo on the chest, this varies depending on the season and collection.
You’re more than welcome to take your polo into any Burberry store for authentication, where they will confirm its authenticity.
