Avoid at all costs

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. It was my husbands 30th birthday and l purchased 2 items which both came to over £500 and it gave me the option to pay extra for guaranteed delivery before New Year’s Day. It was 30th just before midnight so l was skeptical but thought at the very least it will come on 2nd as my husbands birthday was on 4th. I got confirmation and nothing came. And Friday came and went so l emailed them Friday afternoon when to get an update as it had not even been shipped. No response. Emailed Saturday, no response. Tried to call Saturday, no response. I then tried to find another email address on their website which l did, but that was non deliverable. Then emailed on Sunday and told them the email address listed on their website is useless and complained about lack of response. Finally got a response telling me it was Sunday and to ‘relax’ and that someone would be in touch on Monday. No one ever responded to my emails. I WhatsApp messaged someone during the weekend and they finally responded on Monday. Item was still not shipped so they said they would contact the warehouse and update me. Then l told them l wanted to raise a complaint about lack of contact, the fact l paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery and the rudeness of whoever emailed me back on Sunday. No response. Chased response for update, nothing. Chased again the next day. And then finally messaged to say l would be escalating this to another body then they finally responded today one should be delivered soon and the other was being refunded. Absolutely useless, l was already upset at the lack of contact but whoever handled the matter on what asap was terrible too. It’s such a shame as it was an important gift and the customer service was shocking. They finally agreed to refund the postage paid but never got an official response or apology for my complaint.

DO NOT BUY from this seller. Bought goods and after putting on noticed numerous holes. Returned the item and was told no refund and told im a scruff for asking - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING the items are damaged when received.

I’ve purchased from Dan several times and the service is consistently excellent. Fast delivery and great quality products every time. Highly recommend. 👏

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication I have sent many emails chasing my order and haven’t received any replies at all, my purchase was a Christmas gift and I am still waiting for a dispatch update despite many attempts to contact them, my first order was cancelled without explanation I have reordered as it’s still available on the site but it is impossible to contact anyone at all! I have ordered many times without any problems however this experience has left me disappointed and I will not be ordering again and I will clearly not be receiving my order in time for Christmas!

Website states to contact them. 3 emails later with no reply.
Currently going through reverse charge process with bank.
Now has the cheek to ask for a review after receiving negative 1 star feedback!? I wonder why they are getting bad reviews. No business sense. AVOID!!

Little lad has clearly had a bang on the head, I didn't even buy trainers for a start.
His own site return policy states to contact customer service to arrange for correct item at stores cost. (This will not happen)
Can not stress enough AVOID. Would expect bankruptcy looms with this guys business sense.
Think he might have little man syndrome.
