I initially left a negative review after DanyoungUK deducted £7 from my refund for cancelling an order—a charge I felt was unfair and not clearly communicated. What followed was shocking: I received an abusive and unprofessional message from someone associated with the company, mocking my review and using offensive language.

This kind of response to legitimate customer feedback is completely unacceptable. I’ve reported the message to Apple and relevant authorities and would strongly caution others about dealing with this business.

Customer service isn’t just about sales—it’s about how a company responds when things go wrong. In this case, the response was hostile and frankly disturbing. 🥚

Ordered on Friday, paid for Saturday delivery and arrived at 10am. Perfect item of clothing - just what I wanted and at a competitive price. Thanks!

6 months later and you’ve kept payment and the clothes after trying to deliver once. Never returned any messages after money taken. AVOID!!!!!

I recently bought two products, both products were rasied as fraud by the bank , I didn't receive an email from the customer service until a week later. However, due to the lack of timely reply to the email, I couldn't update it. I hope you can deal with it in time when you see the message.
