Great hangars for your bike, safe and easy to organise a key, and also straightforward to cancel if you move etc .. I loved using the hangar, thanks Cyclehoop!

Great service, really helpful team - top marks!

Whilst rushing about between Christmas and the New Year, I unfortunately lost all my keys.

Amongst the multitude of keys, was my CycleHoop hangar key.

I filled in the form on the website, at 10:43, got a reply within 3 minutes via email. I confirmed my details, and had paid, got the payment confirmation response all within 10 minutes.

After the disaster of losing one of the most important items for my daily life, to have a quick, competent and helpful service made my day.

Nearly worth losing my keys for such a great service!

All my contact with Cyclehoop Rentals since the beginning of November has been brilliant. This is the first time I have used a hangar service and at every point the team have been helpful, patient and extremely prompt in their responses to my emails. I honestly feel they have gone above and beyond.

Great product and speedy delivery.
We had two bike storage systems delivered to our company CVP.
Cyclehoop delivered the storage units 2 week ahead of the the expected delivery date and the ins talion was seamless.

Amazingly fast and efficient service- My email was answered within minutes of sending and all before 9am! Very helpful team and fair policy of refunding any months not used on the rental scheme when switching hangars.

I had an issue with the lock and they came over and fixed it super quickly. Really friendly and professional service. Thank you!

Terrible and patronising customer service. I received an email asking me to only place my bike in the allocated slot - completely fair. I responded that for the past year other users had been locking their bikes in whichever slot they fancied and so I was forced to use a different slot. This was then followed by a series of increasingly rude emails explaining exactly why it was my fault that other people were using the facility incorrectly and that I should have reported them (despite this causing me no issue or harm until this email). I explained that as the only time I had ever heard from Cyclehoop was to bill me so I didn't realise they wanted feedback. This was again met with accusation and rudeness to the extent where I had to ask the agent to stop contacting me. I asked to lodge a complaint and this was ignored.

Excellent professional customer service all the way through, clear communication and friendly team. Would highly recommend this service if you need to keep your bike secure and don't have the room at home! only leaving because we moved and had the space.
