Communication from a member, felt a bit bossy and unpleasant.

I am sure it was not intended and they were under pressure, but it caused me a lot of stress. They demanded I move my bike immediately as I was in someone else's space, however I was not aware that it wasn't my space. Despite who's error, probably mine, I found the authoritative tone a bit unnecessary and detached.

Great customer service from Anna this morning - she helped tactfully resolve an issue I had and was very speedy, polite and helpful. Thanks again :)

Had a great experience with Cyclehoop.

They are great at responding to queries or questions and handling any issues.

Most recently Anna was very helpful.

Safe place to store your bike, they are popping up everywhere so they are very convenient.

Cyclehoop is a super easy and useful service. I used one of their hangers to store my bike and free up space in my home for several years and always enjoyed it. The hangars feel really secure and are very simple to operate. If you're thinking about getting a space in one, I would thoroughly recommend it.

This is more a shout out than a review,overall my experience with Cyclehoop has been smooth but I had an account issue and contacted the customer support team, and was dealt with by Angela who I think was a supervisor or a team lead . Either way she was professional, patient and just an all round lovely person . I hope all my experiences are as pleasant.

Excellent communication on email to support me returning my key. The service itself is excellent, I had my cyclehoop space for two years and only gave it up because I was moving.

There was a problem with the lock but this was fixed very quickly. Laurence calmed me down as I had not been able to get to my bike. A very professional service and I am glad to remain with the company!

Great product and really helpful customer service

We have recently had a very expensive road bike stolen and our insurnace advised that they would not pay out as it was not fixed to an imovable object. We have therefore started using two wall anchors to fix the bikes to when not in use. They work great and look great in the gym

However, we have recently moved some things around and therefore had to move the wall anchors to a different wall. I contacted cyclehoop in the hope that I could obtain some replacement bolts and ball bearing to refix them to a different wall.
Jon responded and was really helpful, he has kindly offered to send us some replacements bolt and bearings to allow us to refix the wall anchors.

I didn't have any issues with cyclehoops during my tenure. I got my key really easy, they updated me well ahead of time when my subscription was coming to an end and they are really responsive. It's been a great experience all around. Thanks team, i'd highly recommend them if there's a shelter near you!

It's very convenient for cyclists in London who never have enough space at home. The service is great and the price is reasonable. Special thanks to Anna who was very friendly and helpful.

Cyclehoop is a fantatsic service that is well run in my experience.

Cyclehoop saved me from having to lug my bike up and down two flights every time I wanted to ride! It's a great value and the customer service team is very nice and responsive. I hope they keep expanding in Edinburgh.

Cyclehoop has been excellent at our locations in Glasgow. My partner and I both rented spaces in separate hangars. Safe, convenient and saves loads of space in our apartment. Affordable prices too.

We are moving country so no longer using them. The pro-rata refund process was simple and easy too.

My experience of Cyclehoop has been hugely positive. Not only does it provide an excellent service but its customer care is extraordinary. Particular thanks to Anna who noticed that I had posted back my padlock key by mistake when changing my Cyclehoop location. She contacted me and then posted back my key, turning down my offer to pay for the postage and then contacting me to ensure that I had received my key safely. Full marks for customer service in a world that seems to have forgotten what it means. So refreshing. Well done Cyclehoop!

Cyclehoop is a great idea and I really enjoyed using it for around 18 months before moving to a new area where I did not need one. It is a simple efficient and secure system, easy to use and very convenient. The administrating team were friendly and very helpful on the two occasions I was in contact (initially to obtain my place and just now, to hand the keys back).

My beloved, well used bike is kept safe and sound in the hub. I used to have to keep it indoors - I commute to work everyday and it was a real drag having to have the (often wet and muddy) bike in the house. The hub/is ridiculously cheap at £12 per year.

What a great service this is. Quick to set up, great locations, easy to use and the customer service is flawless.

It's an inspired idea, or it certainly was for us. We have two mountain bikes, and a year ago, were living in a small flat with no room to store them. I looked around for street storage and Cyclehoop was the perfect fit and location for us. Easy admin and hoop access were a perfect solution for us. We certainly need more Cylehoops.
