The bike hangars are well located, easy to use and well maintained. The best thing about Cyclehoops is their fantastic customer service. You can talk quickly and directly to a member of staff They are really efficient and do everything they can to help and assist. They really do provide a fantastic service A pleasure to deal with.

This is the second time I've had an issue with the locker, this time resulting in my bike being trapped inside, making me late for work.

I reported this issue last year when it was less serious and was dismissed.

Excellent company. Very affordable solution for those who don’t have a suitable place to store bikes at home.

I first got a spot about a 10 minute walk from my new flat, but signed up to the waiting list for the bike hanger in the road adjacent to mine.

After a couple of months the space became available and transitioning to it was so easy thanks to the brilliant staff at Cyclehoop.

Very good and easy communication and I received a refund for the remaining time on my original cycle space.

Very happy with my experience using Cyclehoop. Customer service is top notch including regular check-ins and for a maintenance query I raised recently. Thank you for providing bicycle storage for those of us living in smaller spaces!

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Cyclehoop.

I initially reported concerns about a lock issue on my Bikehangar some time ago. I was told that when the unit was inspected it appeared to be functioning correctly, but the problem later escalated to the point where I was completely unable to access my bike.

I was left without access for an extended period and had to spend money on alternative transport to get to work because my bike was effectively trapped inside a service I pay to use.

After waiting for a repair, I was informed that the lock had been replaced and that a new key had been sent out. I received the replacement key, only to discover that it does not open the newly fitted lock, meaning my bike is still trapped and the issue remains unresolved.

What has been most frustrating is not just the fault itself, but the handling of it. After multiple reports, visits, delays and a supposed repair, I still do not have access to my own bike.

To add to this, despite the prolonged loss of access and the additional travel costs I have incurred as a direct result, Cyclehoop have refused to offer any reimbursement, compensation or goodwill contribution towards those costs.

Problems can happen, but the response and customer service afterwards are what matter. Unfortunately, my experience has been very poor.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Cyclehoop overall, it’s a fantastic company that clearly cares about both its products and its customers.

We love our Cyclehoop bike bins, which have made a massive difference to our cycling. The organisation is also clearly really well run by people that care about what they do.

Over the last decade we moved from Camden (with Cyclehoop) to Hackney for a few years (which runs its own scheme), and are now in Wandsworth (back with Cyclehoop). It is great to be back in a borough that uses Cyclehoop - its a vastly better experience.

Cyclehoop are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly and Anna was really polite when contacting me about docking my bike in the wrong slot. She resolved the issue I was having immediately. Cyclehoop is a godsend for me living in London without anywhere really secure to keep my bike. I wouldn't be without it. Safe, easy to use and convenient at any time of the day or night. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our unit's lock was jammed recently and Laurence from the Customer Service Team helped our little bike hangar community immediately!
The next day the handyman/locksmith attended to the hangar and it was fixed.
I highlighted the fact that I cycle every day and commuting is expensive in London.

This was an amazing service when I lived in a small top floor flat with no lift. The price is reasonable for a year's rental and I never had any security concerns.
