DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THE MANAGER AND OWNER OF ONE OF THE COMPANYS REFUSED TO RETURN MY CAR UNTIL HE WAS HAPPY I APOLOGISED ENOUGH FOR CALLING HIM MATE AND BROTHER. AND THEN THREATEND VIOLENCE. AND THEN FINALLY PARKED THE CAR WITH THE KEY IN THE WINDOW AND LEFT UNNATTEND FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL I COULD FIND IT. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HE SLEEPS WITH MY SISTERS. HORRIBLE HUMAN. AND A COWARD. AND WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN THE AIRPORT AT 3 IN THE MORNING FOR HIS OWN ENTERTAINMENT

UK user and this website need to be held account. They deal with poor airport meetand greet companies and the reviews of these companies are terrible. And then this website will just say nothing to do with us. That's not good enough, if you offer a platform to scam operators, you need to be accountable. My car was not even moved to a secure location for at least 3.5 days and left in a disabled parking sport in Gatwick North. I am now fighting a £100 charge from NCP

If you are from the UK, look at the positive reviews; ALL FROM THE US. All negative reviews are GB. That imbalance shows fake reviews are being uploaded. Be careful. a) you book with one provider. They send you details of another b) the email replies come from sarah but the single mobile goes to one man c) if you cancel they, take £40. I do not think that any minor savings you make using this comparison site will compare to the potential damage, loss of, use of during your stay if your precious car. Just keep that in mind when you send them your money. Read GB reviews only.....and be careful if they are not verified.

I would never use this service again my car was returned to me with scratch marks on all 4 doors.very hard to get a response

From the out set Compare the Airport parking miss leads customers does not complete due diligence checks on its service providers.
This relates to Meet and Greet at Luton Airport.
When booking online, the site states drop off and pick up from the terminal car park. However when booked drop off is at the Mid stay car park a good 10 minute walk if you are able bodied.
It shows the Service provider to be IMG Parking LTD.
On meeting the driver, who barely spoke English, I had to familiarise his how to engage/disengage the handbrake. There was no inspection, no imagery taken nor mileage recorded. I did this in his presence.
On my return in the early hour following delays, I rang the contact number provided, repeatedly rang, no answer. I make my way to the Terminal car park collection point whilst still ringing.
Eventually answered to be told to go and wait at the Mid stay car, the driver will be 30 minutes. I question this as this is not Meet and Greet nor does it relate to the instructions contained in the email. I ask for the company name. I am told Global Viking or Viking Global. Either way neither relate to a Car parking Service.
I get told to go to the other car park and get hung up on.
30 minutes pass, no vehicle or further contact from the company. I spend the next 15 minutes repeatedly ringing, no answer.
Eventually the same female answers and states the driver will be with me in 6 minutes. Quite specific. A further 20 minutes pass again with me constantly ringing. Eventually the same female answers, states she is contacting the driver, putting me on hold. After 6 minutes of holding and no update or vehicle, I hang up and try again. This time I speak with a male. I inform him the next phone call I make is to the police to report the vehicle stolen, this suddenly sparks his interest. The next few minutes I receive several calls. One stating he was in the car park with my vehicle.
Indeed he was in the car park but not in my vehicle.
Approximately 90 minutes later, my vehicle does turn up, then promptly rolls down the hill. Fortunately he stopped it before hitting anything. Again instructed how to apply the handbrake.
Unfortunately for him he got my wrath and more. He had to be told to stay whilst I inspected the vehicle and mileage.
Avoid Compare the Airport parking at all cost, unless you think I have been unreasonable. Customer focus? What customer focus? The service providers are just as incompetent.

Paid for service for meet and greet at Birmingham international and then told shortly before travel they no longer did this and I would need to drive to their car park some 6 miles away. Awful service and awful service from comparison site having to pay £40 to cancel ……AVOID AVOID AVOID

You’re basically handing your car over to a stranger with no care or transparency of who is looking after it. My car was given Meet and Greet Luton Airport Parking / S2A Limited while on holiday, expecting it to be kept safe. Instead, I returned to a Notice of Intended Prosecution for a speeding offence that happened while my car was in their possession.

This means someone from their company was driving my car without permission, breaking the law, and putting my insurance, licence, and finances at risk.

When I raised a formal complaint, I asked for an explanation, a refund, compensation, and an apology. What I got instead was evasion, zero accountability, and no resolution.

Handing over your car to them is essentially giving your keys to a complete stranger who will drive it wherever they like, however they like, and the company will do nothing to take responsibility.

Completely unacceptable. Avoid this business like the plague.

FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE, CHECK GOOGLE. Booked a parking on the 5th for 3 nights, due to issues had to reschedule for the same day and duration in a weeks time. To my surprise, The location, parking and time to reach the airport completely changed for one week to the other (Initially was on LEVEL 4 of BHX train station, the week after was 20 minutes away from airport with a transfer) Same provider, same service, completely different conditions. DO NOT RECOMMENT

Drop off was fine. Collection was not, I had to wait almost 2 hours to get the car returned to me. I was constantly told "15min sir" and then repeatedly told the same again and again "driver is on his way". What the company did not realise was I had an airtag in the car and could see the car had not moved from Stanwell the entire time. When it was returned, the driver parked the car, he smirked when I told him about the length of the wait, advising all customers have long wait, he then gave me a ticket and left as quickly as he could. No opportunity to check car or anything. Would strongly suggest you read the reviews as cheapest isn't always best.

Bunch of scammers. Refused to change my car Reg on telephone. When I cancelled their services they refused refund as well. One sided dodgy T&C that only favour them. Once your money gone to them it is gone for forever. Stay away from this company. If there was option I would have done -star rating. I believe now all 1 star reviews are genuine reviews about how this company is operating.

DO NOT USE!!!! Secure Airport Transfer Limited. The people who came for our car and returned our car were rude, threatening and accused us of being racist when I swore to my husband that they refused to bring the car to us at a different time to that stated on the booking. What’s the point in providing flight number if it’s not used to check flight times?
They phoned us back to be abusive on the phone using language like “you don’t know who you are dealing with”
When we asked at the airport about this company, they said many people have had issues with them and that they have potentially gone bust.

Had to book a last minute week long park around Heathrow. The parking conditions were questionable to begin with, as the reviews for the specific parking lot weren't stellar ( 1.2 on Google, while on their website it was highly rated).
However, noticed I had a flat when I got to the car.
Had to cancel my booking within the hour of making it
And asked to cancel the booking and give any refund, If possible.

Got a rather condescending email about how generous they are by holding amount for future dates in case of cancellations and how important it is to read the full contract.

Essentially, company takes minimal responsibility while artificially inflating reviews for what sounds very shady parking lots on their booking page.

I would recommend not using it in an emergency, as it is prudent to read all the individual parking lot reviews very carefully before you book.

And remember they can't care less what happens to you or your car once you have made your payment.

Not much i can do but stomach the essentially 64 pounds they took, don't be like me.

Next time I'll probably use more official channels.

I advised Shawn that I booked the parking, and the an error in the cost of parking. He advised that he would get someone to call me. No one called me. On the second call, I advised Shawn about being rude. He swore at me and called me shit. I advised him about recording our call and he spoke over me and was not listening. A very unprofessional service and tried to get his manager's name and details, which he did not give.

What stood out to me was how safe the entire facility felt. There were visible cameras, secure gates, and plenty of lighting. Peace of mind is everything when leaving your car for a week.

AVOID THIS PLATFORM AT ALL COSTS!
They do unswer to the phone, emails only. No 24h support.
Extremely unprofessional, also their partners.
Came back from holiday and they did not reply to me calls for 2 hours.

So I booked the meet and greet service after being harassed by phone and WhatsApp messages , the next day I cancelled the service I sent an email in over 2 weeks ago , I’ve had 0ne email saying it’s successfully cancelled, since then I’ve had no reply to my emails asking where my refund is , absolutely appalling behaviour, I’ve got cancellation cover on my booking also so where the hell is my refund ??????

I got so excited when I initially found a parking space for a reasonable price through the compare prices web page. However once the payment went through that's when I got really suspicious. Firstly I received an email confirming my payment, a number to call when I was 30 minutes away from the parking lot and the address. So naturally I checked the address on Google maps. It didn't come up. I tried the post code and it just didn't match with the address. The following day I sent the number a message enquiring about the address not being right, I got a blunt message stating it was right. I still wasn't satisfied. The name on the confirmation stated 'New Farm' but when I put the post code in it said it was 'Daisy Mays Farm'. We were traveling far and I wanted to plan our journey in advance to avoid any stress. At this rate I felt like this was a scam. None of the numbers provided worked and the ones that did, they didn't pick up the phone. After trying for a few days I eventually got a message from some one through WhatsApp telling me that the land was an extension and now had a new name. On the day when we arrived, the place looked pretty secure but we were hit with £7 transfer fee there and back to Stansted airport which was not mentioned anywhere before. I thought it was cheeky but at that point I didn't have the energy to argue. I didn't leave my car keys because I have a secure alarm system with a hidden alarm and I wasn't prepared in sharing the code. The man seemed annoyed but then agreed. The shuttle which was a people carrier was a pleasant man. However on arrival no one turned up after several calls, and loads of messages. The excuse was that we weren't at the pick up point when they arrived, which was not true. We had been waiting for over an hour, tired and hungry. When a pick up people carrier arrived the inside was filthy and we got no apology. When I got to my car I was shocked to see that the car next to mine was literally parked less then a foot away from mine. I took a photo but unfortunately I can't upload it here. I checked my car all over and thankfully there were no marks. Overall I would say there was no real transparency with who you are booking with, the communication was terrible with no customer service skills. The hidden costs just seemed like a complete scam. I would avoid going through compare the parking again for a peace of mind.

We booked meet and greet through this compare website and everything up until arrival at the airport was great. We didn’t know it was Kangaroo who were the actual service providers and they were awful!!!! Sadly due to this experience we won’t use either again!!!
Kangaroo took nearly an hour to collect the car despite several calls with differing arrival times!!! The same happened when we arrived back - yes our flight landed an hour early and so we’re were expecting a short wait…. Quoted 30 mins to “unblock the car!! Took an hour…. Awful coms and attitude…. Hardly “meet and greet”!!!!
Interestingly speaking to airport staff…. This is the norm!!!

If you want 100% assurance that you will receive good service then AVOID at all costs. They did not turn up for our pick up and we were left completely in the lurch last week, having to park somewhere far away and getting a taxi to our airport. We nearly missed our flight.
I have attempted to complain & their lack of communication is shocking. I will be leaving regular reviews to ensure none of you book with this company. I would genuinely suggest you look elsewhere!

I loved how close the parking was to terminal 5 just a few minutes’ walk. Slightly more expensive than other options, but worth it for the convenience and time saved.
