Told to call 30 mins before you get there but they’re not there when you arrive so we had to wait an extra 20 - 30 minutes and the same on the way home. Driver dropped my car back off to me and despite us standing in a tarmac’d space to avoid the rough gravel at the drop off points, he still managed to drive past us and straight into a huge pothole causing a scrape on my front splitter. They also unplugged my dash cam which I find highly suspicious. Will never use again.

This is the worst I have ever had to deal with they have hidden charges that the do not tell you about until you pay they well not cancel your booking and is so rude when you get to talk to them avoid it all costs they will make your life miserable. I explained to them that I was dyslexic and they didn’t even have a bit of understanding.and there car park is out side a house this is a scam This is not a professional car park. These are not professional. People stay away at all costs. I have just reported them to my bank.

Avoid this agent as they use dodgy companies. They had my car for two weeks and put 170miles on it and used half a tank of fuel. I found carpark tickets inside the car for dates that were while I was away. The car seats had been put back up to make it a 7 seater, obviously for max capacity (I had put the rear seat down for our bags) .
Interior was left muddy and with food wrappers all over the place. I've provided evidence of the vehicle being used and still have had no refund or explanation why they had used my car. No hand over procedure either, all were non English speaking and it all seems very sketchy. Agent will not take any responsibility and blames the company that they used. The company are now not responding to emails. Now looking into legal action as I will not let this drop. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

I could give -100 stars, please do not book with them . I received a postcode where to drop off my car , once arrived there it was just houses then called them , they don’t even speak English they asked me to go to the airport parking and I had to wait 30 min for them to come and pick up my car . On our arrival I waited 1 hr 40 min and they were keep saying to wait , at the end they dumped my car on another parking with my car KEY ON THE TYREI had to pay £20 for the parking , awful ! DO NOT BOOK WITH YHRM

The worst company ever known to exist.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They’ve cut the call multiple times on me and arrived with the car 2 hours after the anticipated time. I don’t even know how they’re still running the company with this many bad reviews

Awful company who use dodgy companies with no right to store or park your car. Called to arrange collection on day of the flight and heard nothing at all, had to pay vey expensive airport parking and neither this company nor the actual parking company will reply or reimburse me any monies paid. DO NOT USE.

The prices quoted exclude the local parking access charge when you drop off and then you collect. They over charge for this as well, £8.40 when it should be £5. Also took 40 mins for the car to be returned, very annoying after a long flight
I’d go for reputable providers, not these scammers who keep reinventing themselves under new names

Phoned to say we were here over an hour ago, still no car. Have phoned four times and each time been told ‘your car will be there in 5 minutes madam’.
Another family waiting with us were told the same - their car has just arrived 50 minutes late, covered in mud!
An hour and 20 minutes now 5 calls and still waiting….

Scam comparison site... literally a middleman of no consequence approving any old parking company with no quality control whatsoever.

Some of the parking companies they list are so bad ... I mean beyond bad. Watchdog level.

The company of choice if you don't value your car, your time or your money.

I would strongly advise avoiding this so-called Meet and Greet service at Luton Airport.

First of all, the meeting point is a fair walk from the terminal entrance. This is not what I would consider “meet and greet” – I expected the car handover to be in the local drop-off/collection area directly outside the terminal, not a trek away.

On return, things got worse. Despite calling as instructed once we had collected our bags, we were left waiting 40 minutes at 2am before the car finally arrived. When it did, the driver pulled up driving fast and erratically, which gave me real concerns about how my vehicle had been handled during my trip. I’ll be checking the inbuilt tracker and will be reporting back accordingly.

Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would never use this service again and would recommend others to avoid it at all costs.

AVOID!!! Worst airport parking I have ever experienced, after our amazing holiday we all arrived back to the airport ready to be collected for our car, called driver 30 mins before we needed pick up (when we was getting our luggage) and he took over a hour to pick us up, we was left in the hammering down rain at the pick up point with a child as we was told to be at the same place we was dropped off, called numerous times then when he did come for us he didn’t help us load the suitcases in the car or even attempt to open the boot then as we was leaving the car park he stopped and had a chat with his friend for god knows how long (as you can imagine we was fed up of waiting at this point so this was the icing on the cake ) but it gets worse, driver was then texting on his phone while driving us and another family back to our cars, partner made a comment but he still continued to do it the whole journey, he had no care in the world and kept brushing past the bushes through the lanes, eventually after a 15/20 drive (not close by as stated) we got to the car park and the driver just got out of the car and didn’t say a word to any of us so we had to get out and unload all our suitcases ourselves and ask for our car. Avoid at all costs. I’d rather pay triple and know my car is safe and my family’s life isn’t at risk. The most unprofessional and untrustworthy company I have ever used. I will be sticking to silver zone & Oakwood parking!

Avoid like the plague.
They use cowboys, they are cowboys. They should be audited as they are not a trustworthy company, offer no support at all. If you get a quote through them with 5 Star Parking - they are even worse.

This is just a broker and though their reviews might be ok they use companies with a 1 star rating. When you realise this they will charge you £40 to cancel the booking. If you read the terms they will charge you silly prices for any amendments also.

1. Booked with a discount code - total cost paid. Invoice came through saying about how you need to pay £7 each way to enter and exit car park.
2. Car taken to a yard.
3. My card details were used two days later - £300 taken out of my
bank by same company- contacted on numerous occasions- no response- claim of fraud put to bank.
4. Arrived a few minutes into next day - charged an extra £15 ! Car would not be released until money paid
5. Still no communication from
company regarding fraud.

Very strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this company. They run under different names, all are very poorly run. Drop off wasn’t a problem however pick up was. Waited for over 90mins for my car. Not good when you have a 2 hour drive ahead of you and have been travelling all day! I wasn’t the only one waiting for over 90mins a family with a young child was too. I have used many companies before never had any problems. If the number they give you to call is 07471101172 stay clear!!

Avoid this company at all costs. We had our front bumper scratched and they don't want to take any responsibility ignoring the phone calls and emails . Hell knows who and how was driving our car never using this company again!

Avoid. There website is a lie. They promote cowboy companies to take control of your car.

I have contacted customer service multiple times to complain about one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They are accountable as they promoted a service with “5 star reviews” and that did not match reality. The company I booked with ended up having the worst Google Reviews.

Avoid Compare Your Airport Parking, epically their Express Parking. Green Oaks Car Park and Ride is a lie, scam and will ruin your holiday like mine

Deceiving company, despite that i booked with the option of free cancellation, they charged me 30% plus the booking fees when I cancelled within the allowed time for cancellation.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THE MANAGER AND OWNER OF ONE OF THE COMPANYS REFUSED TO RETURN MY CAR UNTIL HE WAS HAPPY I APOLOGISED ENOUGH FOR CALLING HIM MATE AND BROTHER. AND THEN THREATEND VIOLENCE. AND THEN FINALLY PARKED THE CAR WITH THE KEY IN THE WINDOW AND LEFT UNNATTEND FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL I COULD FIND IT. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HE SLEEPS WITH MY SISTERS. HORRIBLE HUMAN. AND A COWARD. AND WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN THE AIRPORT AT 3 IN THE MORNING FOR HIS OWN ENTERTAINMENT
