Customer service lines abysmal - told it takes 3 days for my transfer to their account to show up on line?! On hold for 15 minutes! Very unprofessional gentleman on the phone! Do not recommend

Outstanding service, easy to contact customer services, communication is brilliant and the rates are always favourable. We have been using them for a number of years now and just reinvested with them again. Definitely recommend this company.

Uncomplicated, informative and clear options.
Close Brothers are competitive. Their communication is excellent every thing is explained clearly. When my ISA matured I was given advanced warning and had a good choice of options with clear information and instructions what to do next. Re-investing my ISA with Close Brothers was a straightforward experience and the best option for me.

Efficient and clear instructions for investment
This company sends out hard copy which is clear and easy to understand and not weighed down with lots of unnecessary paperwork. It is easy to make my wishes for investment known with further clear confirmation of my actions
