I signed my little puppy Jasper up with City Paws Club intending to send him a day a week - however, I am now a sucker for this experience for my little guy, and he now goes a few days a week! I am updated with photos of all the fun he is having running around playing with his friends and getting cuddles from the team. (I have bumped into members of the team locally at the vet or restaurants - and Jasper runs straight up for more cuddles!) Jasper comes home happy and shattered, and Mummy gets to go to work without any guilt trusting that he is being loved up all day! Such a reliable team; so accommodating and friendly - I couldn't possibly rave more about my experience with City Paws Club ... worth every penny and more! Thanks guys for loving my Jasper like you do! :))

Our dog, a female Cane Corso, adores City Paws. Every day she heads off so happy with the wonderful team. Every person I have met are so genuinely thoughtful and considerate with our dog.

We were nervous sending her off at 11 weeks but she absolutely loves it. The team were very considerate of her and took extra time to settle her in. We visited the space the dogs go to and it is like doggy heaven, with lots of room for them to run around in but also sheltered areas for them to nap in the day.

They also send the nicest videos throughout the day of your four-legged friend running around and having a great time!

They have helped her become such a sociable and confident dog. And should I need training I certainly would work with them as they know her so well now.

The site and booking capabilities are super easy and straightforward, makes changing super easy.

Margot, our miniature dachshund has been going to daycare at City Paws Club since she was 10 weeks old, between 2-3 days a week and she absolutely loves it. When the team come to pick her up she's always super exited and can't wait to leave!

We are so pleased she has become a very confident puppy around other dogs and people, and we really do attribute much of this to her being so well socialised at City Paws Club.

We were so was nervous sending her in the first couple of days, especially as she was so young and little, but the team were amazing and sent us updates/photos throughout the day on how she was getting on. We felt they really looked after her, sat with her and eased her in with all of the other puppies. Natalie and Matt still send us photos/videos of her playing which we love too. The team really genuinely seem to love all of the dogs they look after, and are very comforted when at work that Margot is in great hands.

We also really like the online booking interface which is easy to use and allows you to book in last minute, which is great for us when our work plans change etc.

We visited the Club in person before sending her in and there is a huge amount of space for all of the dogs, shelters and activities etc.

Overall, we are very happy and would highly recommend City Paws Club.

I have a blue german shepherd puppy. On her first visit to the farm, I was talked through everything by Matt so I knew what to expect, she was picked up at 7am promptly, and throughout the day, i received videos, pictures, full commentary on what she did/didn't eat and how her interactions were with other dogs, I was also told amongst other things that she was taken for a 'time out' in a crate so as not to over do it, and Matt sat with her.. CPC are incredibly attentive to both owners and dogs, they are thorough, but above all else I get a sense that they really care about our dogs and ensure they have the best possible time. I think if it is affordable, even a day a week is a wonderful thing for a dog to look forward to, rather than being cooped up in a house- having free run of a huge big farm, with pools and lots of other dogs there. They are collected, dropped off, it is quite literally a dogs dream :-)

My dog goes to City Paws Club for grooming. The women who do the grooming are efficient, friendly and excellent with the dogs. My dog, Diva, always walks into the shop for her appointment without hesitation, indeed with some enthusiasm. I have no qualms about leaving Diva for the time required to complete the grooming and she’s always quiet and content when I return to collect her. Not quite as important as the foregoing, but of substantial importance, the grooming is of an excellent quality and professionally done.

We started having Noori attend doggy day care since the start of 2019 and have been happy with the service so far. It was a tentative start for Noori as she is usually nervous around strangers. But seeing her behaviour when being picked up, especially by Stuart, reassures me that she will be well take care of at CPC. Even when there is a different person picking her up, I am confident that she is being treated as well as she could be.

CPC staff is very understanding and accommodating to our requirements as we all have busy schedules and she is a dog not a machine! So thank you very much and keep up the good work, and being so patient with Noori. We know it is not easy handling her.

We couldn’t be happier with City Paws Club. Holiday time can be fraught when considering leaving your furry loved ones behind however Matt and team soon put your mind at ease.
Our labradoodles clearly love going to daycare. While one of our pair is social and confident the other can be a little reticent. CPC soon had the measure of her and she was running with the pack and having a blast in no time.
I particularly like the regular photo updates and message, which are fun to see but also very reassuring and show just how caring the staff at CPC are and how important your pets happiness is to them.
I would definitely recommend CPC.

Working for City Paws Club is a dream job. Being an animal lover and being able to be around cute puppies and dogs all day does not really feel like a "job". We do take it seriously though, and make sure the welfare of the dogs are our first and foremost importance. My fellow peers are like minded people and animal lovers, and are a joy to work with. Natalie, our Daycare Manager is well organised and ensures the employees are well taken care of, from providing sunscreen and ice cream on hot days, to making sure our vans are serviced and safe for both humans and dogs.

City Paws Club provides an excellent grooming service. The groomers are welcoming and accommodating: their demeanour is professional and friendly. The grooming is first rate and my dog is obviously comfortable. The service is reliable and I am entirely at ease leaving my animal for grooming.

We thought we had found the most perfect daycare, but we were left really let down and disappointed. We left Matt to collect the dogs in the morning from our flat development in London as we had to leave early. I had instructed Matt that we were looking after a friends dog, so could he just make sure that he had let the dog adjust to him before walking out to the van. We found out when I got home and reveiwed our in house cameras and CCTV, that Matt had been rushing to get the dogs out and had almost dragged the little one out who had been nervous and done a poo in the communal corridors. This was ore 8am and i only realised nearly 8 hours later. Matt hadn’t bothered to pick it up or do anything, leaving it to be left and our neighbours to walk through it throughout the day. I had spoken to our concierge before Matt came to drop off and saw clear evidence this had happened. I asked Matt on drop off and he blatantly denied it and really couldn’t have cared less. He also told me it wasn’t a big issue.
I find it appalling that we trusted someone to come into our development and personal space, and he distrusted us so badly. It was so unprofessional. We paid £70 for this experience and never got so much as an apology.
We also had times when drivers arrived to collect the dogs and luckily I was still at home, as they said they had ‘lost’ the keys and weren’t sure where they were. Again, this is not the standard I expect from them. Being the guardian of our keys to our flat is a serious responsibility and I expect more of them as a professional business.
Would never recommended them and never, ever, use them again!!!!

Please do not use City Paws Club.

My beautiful sweet boy went to day care yesterday with two beautiful eyes and due to the neglect of this team he now has permanently lost his left eye and by all accounts City Paws Club has no idea how.

What’s more, Matt tried to get confidential medical records behind my back from my vet which is beyond shameful.

Parents pay good money for you to watch our pets and make sure they are safe and well looked after. Your negligence is appalling. Your entire team should be ashamed of what happened to Coco.

He will never get his eye back from the trauma he endured under your care - which you deny. Nothing more than a greedy and negligent company.

I have tried City Paws Club dog day care services and would happily recommend them! I trust Matt, Natalie and the team 100% to take care of our dog anytime. I was able to visit their facilities myself and they seem to take great care of every dog in their facility. Whenever Riri stays with them they even send us daily updates including videos. Fantastic service!

I have been using CPC for over 5 years, 3 times a week for my hyperactive vizsla. The mornings that he needs to go to CPC, he waits at the window and gets so excited when he hears the van. Matt and his team are very helpful, flexible and supportive. I would recommend them to anyone with a 4 legged friend.

City Paws Club are always welcoming, friendly and fun, yet overall professional. I wouldn’t have anyone else look after our canine friends - if you visit their daycare base there are plenty of activities and obstacles for entertaining, all in a new secure ground.

My dog Monty has been going to City Paws club for the past five years and we are very happy with the level of care provided by Matt and the team. He always bounces out the door in the morning and arrives home exhausted after a long day of fun and games with the team and other dogs.

CPC offers the best care I've come across. My miniature schnauzer puppy has been attending for a year - he can be very shy around people but the guys have completely won him over. Additionally, Basia the groomer is fantastic, she confirms each time what I want and my pup always comes back looking very handsome!
I strongly recommend giving them a try - they've had some bad press this year but I've personally seen everything they've done (checked by the RSPCA and the local councils) to be deemed compliant with the new animal welfare laws. I trust them wholeheartedly with my dog, which is the best praise I can offer as he is my baby.

My dog Douglas has been going to City Paws since September 2016.
He needs a lot of running and I live in a flat and work full time - I'm very glad he gets to spend time outside and run around as much as he likes.
He can be a bit particular at times (he is not really a people dog :) ) but City Paws have never made me feel me guilty about it.
I'm grateful for their services!

I have been meaning to post this review for some time now, apologies for taking so long! I just wanted to put a note out there to say THANKS SO MUCH to Matt and his team at City Paws Club.

I am a full time professional working in the City, and I home two wonderful little Sausage X Jack Russell sisters called Tini and Zini.

My personal circumstances changed at the end of 2016, which meant we moved from a house with a spacious garden to a flat with a little court yard. Tini and Zini struggled a lot with the move. Due to work commitments I was concerned that I was not getting them enough outside park time, with us now living without the large garden that they were used to having.

I can honestly say that I am not sure what I would have done had I not found you guys!

I signed up with City Paws Club in Nov 2016 and I firmly believe that the love and affection you and your team have shown my two girls, helped them to adjust to our new home. They can run themselves silly outside with your team and the other doggies in your care. By helping my girls to settle, meant that I was able to settle too – thank you!

Life is now back to normal and we are in a good routine, with my girls eagerly awaiting their pick up twice a week with your team. The team are always very friendly and happy to see Tini and Zini – I was so impressed that they even remembered their names!

Zini is always excited to go off with her new friends. Tini moans a little (think she would prefer to stay in bed!) but immediately stops once in the team’s arms. Neither girls even give me a second glance most days now, when they leave the flat with the team!

Your service is just so amazing, I couldn’t believe how accommodating and helpful you guys were when I had to sort out Tini and Zini’s boarding accommodation from SA and Australia, when I had to do some last-minute work travel. I would like to give special mention to Sara who was in constant contact with me when I was travelling for work, with doggie updates. I would also like to give special mention to Nicola, thanks so much for giving me girls a home away from home, whilst I was away!

I am so happy with City Paws Club and the all-round service that they provide. I could honestly not imagine looking anywhere else for help with my 2 girls. So, from the bottom of my heart, and from Tini and Zini, we would like to say a big THANK YOU for all that you do for all of us!

I love city paws and have always loved them. I have used them on and off for two years and have been extremely pleased with their services. We moved to another area and that’s the only reason I changed dog care. I was actually very upset at the time, knowing your dog is in good hands means a lot. The new day care is great too but Matt and his team are like a family; always replied swiftly, sent photos, kept me posted etc etc they are sooo involved and enthusiastic. I would (and have done) highly recommend these guys!

My cockapoo Daisy has been going to City Paws Club for almost a year now and the service has always been brilliant. Daisy went for the first time as a very young puppy and Matt and the team were so supportive and took great care of her. Matt sent me photos of her during the day and I could see for myself how much fun she was having in great surroundings. Daisy continues to go to City Paws and comes back very happy and tired after a day of having fun with her doggy pals. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
