I ordered a product from Wild Bush with no updates and no communication for 8 days. I had to email 5 times and called twice with no answer and no response. I also had to arrange a chargeback with my Bank. After posting a very negative review on trustpilot they finally responded just with they no longer had stock. There was no explanation for the delay or the reason my multiple mails were unanswered . Very dissapointing retail experience. Would not recommend.

Everytime she picks him up in the van he eagerly awaits at the window. when she arrives his little face is filled with joy often leaping down the stairs to great her. Thankyou for contributing to his day when been at day care. He really does love it there.

I am really pleased Rocco enjoys going to City Paws day care, which I call school :-).
Rocco comes home happy tired.
This allows me to go to work with peace of mind that Rocco is well looked after.
Thank you to the dog carers, Sam, Charlie and Louis who pick up Rocco. They are so understanding of Rocco behaviour and patient with an anxious owner (me).

Our dog Reggie adores Emmie and whimpers at the door when she drops him off. She somehow manages to always show up at the time she says she’ll be arriving and same when dropping off. Also, she sends fabulous photos and videos while Reggie is at daycare. She is an ace with the slow mo camera function. 😉 we are always at ease when he leaves for daycare with Emmie.

I took my puppy for dog training with Matt after finding her difficult to control and nervous in public crowded spaces. After just a couple of sessions we’ve seen a transformation, she listens and responds and is so much calmer and confident. Matt has given me the tools and understanding to help raise a happy and obedient dog!

Amazing place for my dog! I use the grooming and day care services. They update me with photos of my dog playing in the huge sand pit like he’s at the beach! Would highly recommend!

We love City Paws as does Nala (our spaniel!) And they look after her beautifully, and she comes back, incredibly happy and tired after every visit. The main thing is she is incredibly happy to see whoever is picking her up in the morning and doesn’t give us a second glance as she runs out of the gate! In particular, Darren, is fantastic, he is so good with her and his communication with us is excellent. Always smiling and positive and also very professional.

Best place for my dog to be a dog! Wonderful, kind staff. Our dog comes back exhausted but so happy. He wasn’t playing with other dogs and after being at city paws he is having a blast when he sees other dogs. Would absolutely recommend!

Molly our rescue dog has been a regular at CityPaws for 3 years. She loves it and we love it, as they look after her like one of their own which makes us very happy owners.

She gets very excited In the morning when she realises she is going to daycare and not just for another walk on the common.

Communication is always good and appreciate the WhatsApps on when pick up is and also that she has returned home safe.

Their drivers/daycare team to name a few Darren, Emma and Paige are super friendly, reliable and always professional, although Molly does has a huge soft spot ❤️ for Darren, who is probably one of the nicest people we have met and is always genuinely happy to see my dog.

We wouldn’t send Molly anywhere else.

My dog absolutely loves hanging out with his Citypaws pals. He’s been going every week since he was a pup. The team are fabulous and do everything possible to make your life easy and to ensure the dogs have a wonderful time. I can’t recommend them enough.

My cocker spaniel always comes back from doggie daycare looking like he had the best day ever. The beach zone with paddling pools is such a clever idea. They can dig as much as they want there with fellow doggie friends.

Reliable, flexible and great at being responsive on communications. The carers, in particular Emma, Ryan, Emmie-Rose and team, go over and beyond for a tailored service. Highly recommend.

I am guilty of mostly writing negative reviews when I have had a bad experience with a company so thought I should write to report what has, so far, been a really good experience with City Paws. My dog has been going once or twice a week for a couple of months. The staff always confirm collection and drop off times and he clearly has a good time with them as he is just so excited when he sees the van arriving. He is absolutely shattered when he comes home so has clearly spent the whole day running around. They also post photos of all the dogs every day so you get to see what he has been up to and who he has been playing with. All in all very happy so far

My experience with City Paws has been awesome from the very wee beginnings that my lil one got accepted! The team and day carers clearly love what they do and have all been lovely with her . I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else. Emma and Emmie have been second to none with the care and updates on my dog. My dog wakes up excited when she goes to day care and comes home happy & calm & snoring. My piglet becomes very upset if she knows Emmie won't be showing up in the mornings! I also like how well City Paws communicate to clients, they send monthly newsletters,feedback forms for clients and they have also circulated when there are any sickness outbreaks in day care.This shows to me dog safety is important to them and are always looking for ways to improve.

It was Willow’s first visit to City Paws for a groom. The booking in process was friendly and helpful and Jordan, the groomer, skilfully turned our shabby looking Golden Retriever into a rather sheek and even more beautiful one and commented on by many - thank you City Paws, Barnes!

This doggy daycare is amazing! The team is fabulous. They are so kind and thoughtful and make the whole experience of having my dog taken care of so easy. My dog has such fun all day and the pictures we get are just wonderful. They also seamlessly deal with the boarding side of daycare. We love them!
