Extremely poor. I have contacted them on 3 occasions on a enquiry line. I had my bag 3 months and it has ripped. I am disappointed but most of all they cant be bothered to even answer my emails.
Frustrating. Dont buy bproduct .. learn my reviews like mine
Awful. Bag is cheap, exactly the same silver lining as a cheap rubbish bag I got from Amazon from China. The return email address is fake, no will get no response- my email to them came Back as undelivered. Avoid at all costs. Bag is cheap materials inflated retail price.
Cheap and flimsy materials, poor customer service and although the website advertises free returns, it took weeks (involving me sending multiple emails and instagram messages) for them to confirm the return process. It then took further follow up messages to get my refund after they received the product back weeks before.
Product arrived- no problem. Returning it- had to apply to return it, tools days to come through. Posted back- No Refund! Now emailed twice, no reply. Messaged via their website- No reply. No other details on how to contact them. Poor company, poor customer service. Still chasing months later. Don’t risk it. Don’t buy.
I have requested a return over a week ago and no reply whatsoever. Avoid!!!!
I purchased a piccadilly rucksack and on first use the stitching on the main straps starting coming undone and fraying. This is after one use. I cannot use it again in case it fails fully and my laptop gets broken. I contacted them three times via their contact us and email addresses and have had no reply. Order#1399
